Excellent!!! - Excellent!! We took the private option and it was the best decision. It is worth every minute, Cuernavaca and Taxco are beautiful, every corner is beautiful. We visited the Pre-Hispanic Mine and it is super interesting and cute. In addition, our guide Leo was the best, explained every detail and learned lots, was very friendly and very patient, especially with my parents who are older adults. I would recommend them a thousand times! Thank you so much!!!

100% worth it! - Wonderful experience! Bernard/Bernie was a wonderful guide, always quick to answer my questions with a smile! He was warm and friendly and so knowledgeable. Taxco was AMAZING, it’s a city that got stuck in time. It reminded me of Greece minus the beach. 5 stars would def recommend

Visit to Taxco - Taxco is a beautiful village, full of history and beautiful buildings. The tour was smooth, full of information. Both guides were friendly and able to answer any questions. Super recommended, hopefully daring to enter the mine

Lots of waiting time, not that great experience - The place is nice, the experience not that much.. it costs 180 pesos per adult They made us wait a lot to enter the mine… very big group for the tour They have a foto package optional for extra cost and they prioritise those people in the tour, stopping the tour to do other people’s foto shoot and it was very uncomfortable Cero fluid It should be a fun experience if you have a lot of time and don’t mind waiting and very big group tours

Disappointed by Poor Organization Despite Beautiful Destinations - While the destinations in Taxco and Cuernavaca were beautiful and culturally enriching, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor organization and last-minute changes. I specifically chose a hotel near the original pickup point for convenience, only to be informed the day before that the location had changed—requiring me to travel a considerable distance early in the morning. Other travelers on the tour shared similar frustrations, including unexpected date changes and itinerary adjustments. Most notably, the visit to the Pre-Hispanic mines was also cancelled at the last minute. Despite being told there would only be two pickup and drop-off locations, we ended up making various different stops—some unrelated to our group—as passengers were shuffled between vans. We spent nearly an hour just on transfers, cutting into our actual excursion time. In short, the destinations were worth seeing, but the disorganized logistics made the experience stressful and disappointing. I would recommend looking into other tour providers that offer more reliable planning and communication.

Terrible planning and experience - Poor planning First, you leave Mexico City too late after 8am! Arriving until 1:30 p.m. in Taxco, where they drop you off at the entrance and you have to walk quite a while to the center. Lunch is taken to a restaurant with few options where you are free until 3 p.m. After this, you are only allowed 1 hour to visit the town and at 5 p.m. you are left alone to return to the meeting point. So you only pay to spend less than 4 hours in that beautiful place! You don't have time to shop or explore the city! In the end, the cave tour is not given despite the payment. And some people who go on the tour do not follow the rules and we have to wait for them and we get delayed or lose time.
