Great time - The experience was amazing. The island is beautiful. Got about 4 hours to explore the island. The only downside is, like every excursion in Cancun, they want you to pay huge tips and a lot of money for pictures they take. Other than that it was a good experience and I would highly recommend.

Lots of fun and quiet area of beach. - Ages were varied. Lots of fun! The water is choppy for the rope to see the underground in the water so make sure all fits (I lost a fin), but all was good!

The Best Day Snorkeling - The snorkeling experience was wonderful, I wish we had more time snorkeling! The water was stunning and we had guides telling us which direction to go & what to look for. Lunch was decent, but they recommended a delicious spot on the island. We even had the opportunity to have one last plunge to jump off the boat, which was so refreshing after a sweaty tour of Isla Mujer. I do think the admission fee was fair given the length & variety of activities.

Fantastic day out to Isla Mujeres! - We had a wonderful time on board the Aquamaran with a great crew! We absolutely loved the snorkelling and the beach club! Our only criticism would be the shopping stop for two hours, unless you want to pay extra for a golf cart, there’s not a lot to do and by the time we got to the beach club at half two, we were all starving! We’d love to have spent more time at the beach club rather than shopping!

A very enjoyable catamaran experience! Surreal waters and sunset views. - A very enjoyable catamaran experience! Surreal waters and sunset views. Great music, amazing staff! Shout out to Jose for adding so much life to the experience! He helped with snorkelling. Lunch buffet was average - pasta, salad and rice were the only vegetarian options available. Non veg options also had pork, beef & chicken tacos and, chicken rice. Overpriced rates so avoid shopping, good for exploring! Recommend Amigo Tours for booking the tour, their app is helpful and they easily in made changes to our tour when we needed to do so.

Not worth the money - We opted for the "premium" experience so that we could be picked up at our resort. Once at the dock, they charged us an extra 20 dollars for the transfer, even though I kept telling them that it was included in what I had paid. They also tried to charge an extra 100 dollars for dock fees, but I refused, as this was also included in what I had paid. When we stopped to snorkel, we only got to be in the water for about 15 minutes. Once back on board, we were given a bag with a "chicken burrito" in it. This was a slice of deli chicken and some lettuce on a soggy flour tortilla. Also in the bag was a small apple. Compare this to the lunch we were promised: "a ham and cheese baguette, salad with lettuce and carrot, fusilli pasta with white cream, pepper and parmesan cheese plus crackers". When we got to Isla Mujeres, we went to the beach club, where we could enjoy "open bar". This turned out to be one hour of beer, rum punch (watered down koolaid), or margaritas (these were awful) for 5 dollars per person. After 2 hours at the beach club, the tour info said there would be another 2 hours to explore the island. This was not offered, and we were told to return to the boat for the return to Cancun. Overall, this trip was not anywhere near what we paid for it.

A disappointing cruise - I was probably wrong to choose this excursion, given that I am not 25 years old, nor is my greatest ambition to drink until bursting. From the beginning, the tour is sold to you for 8 or 10 hours. We didn't make it to 6 hours. The catamaran was fine, but there wasn't much room to sit. The snorkeling was poor and potentially dangerous (the sea was very rough, and even though it was not the fault of the Enterprise, they could still have suspended it). The music (unsmokable) was at an unbearable volume. The food was real rubbish, in a place with a beastly and crowded heat. Isla Mujeres we don’t know if it’s pretty or not, because as you leave the boat you are besieged by thousands of sellers, so we fled for a pleasant swim in the wonderful Caribbean. The best thing about the whole cruise was the crew who didn’t stop for a moment to offer us drink and more drink, and the photographer, who took some beautiful photos, and they weren’t too expensive
