Unforgettable snorkeling adventure with an amazing crew! - We had the absolute best experience with Magic Mermen! From start to finish, the team was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made everyone feel at ease, whether it was your first time snorkeling or you were a seasoned pro.
The crew’s passion for the ocean and its marine life was contagious. They shared so many interesting facts about the area and the wildlife we encountered, which added a whole new dimension to the trip. Safety was clearly a priority, but they balanced it perfectly with fun and adventure.
The snorkeling sites they took us to were stunning—clear waters, vibrant coral, and so much marine life! They went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable time, offering helpful tips and pointing out the best spots to see fish, turtles, and other amazing creatures.
We left with incredible memories, and it’s clear this team truly loves what they do. If you’re considering a snorkel charter in Hawaii, look no further—these guys are the absolute best. Thank you for an amazing day!

Personal and attentive experience for everyone! - The crew was great! They were Super informative about all the sea animals and attentive to every guest. I learned and saw more animals than I thought was possible! One of the crew even snorkeled with us and pointed out different animals. The whole trip was focused on the people on the boat and our needs. I loved the smaller atmosphere with a special personal touch! We were greeted by one of the owners and happy to support a local company. Would definitely recommend using this company!

Family day trip!!! - This day trip was amazing. Took family of 14 and ranged from 9-65 an everyone loved it!!! The staff was amazing a Derek the owner was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Great experience - Staff was excellent. Our son was afraid and they worked with him on his first snorkel. Beautiful views, great snacks. We were on the snorkel tours but stopped to see whales also. Great trip!!!

Awesome snorkle trip - Great trip, great outfit!
They were good communicators throughout, and very professional seeming, despite being a small family sized business.
The guides (2) and boat Cpt. we're excellent: friendly, helpful in and out of the water, responsive to the guests needs.
We also got lucky as to the weather, water clarity, and abundance of whales. So that helped.
Would use them again without hesitation.

Look no further. Seriously. - Very professional group of people who take care of all your needs
Lots of marine life seen in two separate snorkelling spots.
All equipment provided with in-water support for less experienced people.
The cookies were next-level awesome!! Thanks for an amazing afternoon on the water.

BEST experience on the water - What an amazing trip! Took a special mother/daughter vacation with my 6 year old. I wanted her to see some sea life so we booked a snorkel tour with the magic merman. I can’t tell you how magical this was. She was a little nervous and the crew took the time to get her comfortable, talked to her about all the options for floating in the water, the sea life, the safety. She had a blast (as did I!). We saw turtles, SO MANY FISH, and dolphins at the end! The food was FANTASTIC and I can’t express how much I appreciate the crew. It’s a smaller boat which means more attention, flexible locations and overall just a better experience. We can’t wait to go back.

The best tour on Maui! - Incredible experience! The staff was amazing with my entire family. Some of the group weren’t the best swimmers but the crew of the Magic Merman took such great care of them. Plus we saw dolphins! Overall this was the best thing we did while on Maui and we can’t wait to go again.

Honeymoon with Amazing Snorkeling! - Booked this tour for our honeymoon and so happy we did. The smaller group was perfect. The staff was so approachable and easy to speak with. Any questions we had they were easily answered. On our tour we had another couple and a family of 4. The guides assisted us all as needed. We had three snorkel stops. Each of them slightly different but each were so incredible. We went in middle of November which is early for whale watching. But the staff heard from other boats that were was a possibility of seeing one or two whales. Because we had such a small group we had the time to go out and try and see some whales. Unfortunately we couldn’t find any whales but it was a great experience. Lunch was good! Simple wraps and chips but it was so nice after an entire morning of swimming around. Definitely would recommend!

Highlight of our vacation - These guys were fantastic! Hanging w/ Brayden and Shasta made our trip. They all took their time to find us the best snorkeling spots and went out of thier way to talk to us along the way. I'm sure my son will never forget Shasta's bubble ring demonstration from 20' down:)
