Fun and interesting experience!! - Our instructor was very knowledgeable and not only explained why and how to use the various ingredients, but she mad the class very fun!!

A perfect pesto pilgrimage - We had a wonderful time learning how to make pesto. The host was so kind and friendly. She did an amazing job explaining the interesting origin and history of pesto, before explaining the uniqueness of each ingredient and how it is a blend of various products only found in Italy, such as the pecorino, the pine nuts, the salt, etc. Even the mortar is made of Italian white marble!
This was followed by our hands on experience learning how to make authentic pesto, which can only be described as fun and exhausting! Our efforts were rewarded with a glass of local white wine and homemade foccacia to enjoy our fresh pesto! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Pesto - This was the perfect authentic pesto making class. The class is in a small kitchen with the instructor a couple other attendees. It felt like I was back home learning how to cook from one of my aunts. The pesto was delicious and we learned so much about this history and ingredients that go into it!

BOOK this NOW ! it is an amazing experience. - This experience is one not to be missed. Every bit of it was was just FANTASTIC ! it is a must.. We had so much fun and got to learn how to make PESTO. The host and the staff could not do enough for us and the only disappointing bit was it finished..

Beautiful & authentic ! - This was an absolutely amazing authentic experience !! We are so happy we booked this. The pesto was delicious & you receive the recipe at the end. The host & chef is so gracious & kind. She grows all her own ingredients that we used to make the pesto. I made it once when we arrived back to the states, but have since misplaced the recipe, which makes me so sad. Although simple I cannot recall exactly how it was made & the amounts. We highly recommend doing this wonderful authentic pesto making class!!

Amazing experience, 100% worth doing! - What an amazing experience, set in a beautiful Italian kitchen with a very knowledgeable and charming host. Made us all feel very welcome, and the pesto we each made with her home made focaccia was the best I've ever had. Thoroughly recommend this trip.
