Great Experience - Upon arriving at the entrance, we were served by Paul who was very informative. We had some drinks before boarding and the two ladies at the bar were just as helpful. Boat ride was amazing.

Highly recommended way to see many attractions - Great experience to see the city from the river. Good boat frequency and very convenient way to see the major attractions. Staff was efficient, polite and helpful. Boats were clean and modern. A bit expensive, but everything is expensive in London.

Nice ride! - David was so nice! We enjoyed him helping us onboard. If you come to London, you need to ride this ferry across the Thames.

Two fun days out (thanks to Thames Clipper, by Uber Boats) - We were very lucky to win two Thames Clipper family day passes (in separate competitions). So, picking Bankside as the rough mid-point, we spent one day exploring from Bankside to Barking and another day from Bankside to Fulham (on both days stopping at several locations on route and ensuring we left the boat at either end of the journey). To achieve this you do need to make a full-day of it, but it was a fun thing to do. Whilst the journey eastwards was very familiar, I had hardly ever been westward. The sights on the westward journey were very different to going eastwards – so two very different trips. Westbound journey time was 55 minutes, eastbound 63 minutes (there is no boat that goes end to end). One highlight was when heading eastwards, and once past tower bridge, the captain could open up the throttle and the boat zoomed away – whilst in central London the boat moves quite slowly due to the many piers it stops at. The Uber Boats did vary a lot in sizes and facilities (and how busy they were) – but we were always able to sit down, have refreshments and use the facilities on board.

great way to see London - great way to see London & also get about... comfortable & fun. bear in mind that although the boats are fast, the regular docking really slows a journey down- great way to travel but not as fast as bus/ train!

Come Already Informed - As a tourist, if you want information about any sights or must-sees at the stops, you don't get that. It's best that you know what you want to see at each stop to make this worthwhile. That way, you know where to get off and how far along the route you want to travel. Love the concept, but it was a bit confusing, and we were intermingled with locals who were commuting.

Very crowded which delay the journey - Not a good mode of transportation. Your place for a certain time is not guaranteed. I bought a ticket intended to board a boat but it was so crowded and had to wait for 3 boat s after and all was delayed.

Horrible experience - I had a terrible experience with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. Despite having a valid ticket, I was denied boarding because the boat was "full" — which I find hard to believe since I had a guaranteed seat. To make matters worse, the boat that was supposed to pick me up didn’t even stop at the pier, and another boat that followed passed by without stopping either. To top it off, the timetable was completely wrong, adding to the confusion and wasting my time. This was incredibly frustrating, and I not only lost my money but also a lot of time. I expected much better service and communication, and I definitely won't be using this service again.
