Quick and Scenic - Great way to see the city without walking up all the hills. The tram leaves every 20 minutes, you can buy tickets there. You do not get any preferential treatment/seating/boarding if you buy in advance.

Great tram experience - Great way to experience the trams, esp given the yellow ones on this popular route often full. Nice commentary via headphones

Worth the extra money to get a seat and some space - Decided to avoid the crowds and tourists taking up the locals' public transport #28 trams, cramming into the seats. Instead paid a little bit more for a practically empty private tram ride for 1+ hours around the old town. We knew it didn't stop but were happy to sit and watch things go by, taking photos as necessary, listening to the working audio system.

Discover Lisbon - Good idea, allows to discover Lisbon and especially to have explanations in French. Give ideas for tours. The tram ride is very friendly. The staff is very attentive to their customers.

Lost in translation - Totally incomplete information was provided. Where were we to board the tram? At what time(s)? We wasted an hour, were forced to take an unnecessary Uber and to make a long distance phone call to viator to get information that should have been provided originally. Terribly disappointing and careless. Once on the tram, we did enjoy the ride although the cost for a one hour circuit with recorded narrative seemed excessive.

The route got much shorter - Last year the ride was amazing but this year we are disappointed. Last year it lasted for about 1h20min. This year only 30-35 minutes. For the price of 25€! Last year the starting point was Praca Martim Moniz and end point - Praca do Comercio. This year both points are Praca do Comercio. The route is much shorter. We haven’t seen half of what we did last year. The company should have reduced the price at least. I recommend checking the route and the length of the journey with the conductor on the spot before you pay. The internet info is incorrect. Even their website says it is 1h.

Don’t pay on card use cash so your sure you have not been overcharged and ripped off - I was charged for 2 people when I said a ticket for 1 when I asked for a refund I was told they don’t and I class that as stealing the man who charged me said he doesn’t understand ticket for 1 the guy was talking utter crap.

Give it a miss - This was not so good. You cannot get down anywhere. By the time you try to click photos it moves on. So should give it a miss.

Dont ever think to get on tram 28.. take a bus going to castle - İt is impossible to get on tram 28. You have to wait for more than 2 hrs.. instead we took tuk tuk which is expensive, 90 euros for two people for 90 min.. you have to bargain.. after waiting 2 hrs you lose your energy and time to get around

Get out!! - I took the 4:00 tour and 5 minutes into the tour, there was a blocage on the road. I was told it might be long and I should get out of the tram. I was not offered an alternative arrangement. My flight was the next day so I couldn't catch a different tour. I contacted the company to have a refund and I received a vague email that they were looking into the situation. A week later, I sent a second email and still have no response or refund.
