5 stars! - An incredible experience! The tram ride is really fun, especially since you can enjoy it away from the crowds. I recommend it :)

Amazing city! - We took the blue line and it was absolutely worth it. It gave us the chance to see another side of the city, passing through areas that felt more like the business district, and discovering neighborhoods with a completely different vibe. It was a great way to appreciate Lisbon’s variety, and every part we saw looked amazing. Lisbon truly is a wonderful city.

Long wait for ride with no earplugs provided - 30 minute wait for buses. Didn’t give us earplugs for audio, used our own. Otherwise standard hop on/off.

Nice routes but be prepared to wait - The bus routes take in some key places and make it accessible to get around. For us the tram tour was our favourite, a calm way to travel. The downside to the buses were they were so infrequent and meant you couldn’t really see that much, hop on and off wasn’t really the case. Very friendly helpful drivers.

Very hard to find the bus... - Very hard to find the bus initially the start. Instructions not very clear and never did receive and answer from the contact person.

I'm not coming back. - (Lisbon) He says that the bus passes every 30 minutes, but we were waiting at the stop for 45 minutes, a very bad service, besides that the Spanish audio guide at the top did not work.

Missed stops - Although we did like using hop on hop off, we ran into 2 issues which we think should be addressed. First, there were some planned road closures along one portion of the route we wanted to take. Given the closures, certain stops were not accessible. This was not explained to us in any way. Some warnings or info made available regarding potential route impacts should have been shared. Second, as a second incident we took the subway to a part of town and expected to hop onto a hop on hop off bus from close to that location for further stops along the way. We couldn't find the planned stop and so walked up the route to the next stop only to find another couple who had been waiting there for 40 minutes. On the app I could see a bus coming, but then it turned around skipping the stop we were waiting at. Frustrated we started walking and then grabbed a Bolt to get to our next generation. Time and money spent... not happy. R

Avoid them and useatw the official red ones - Absolutely to avoid. Take those red officers. Endless waits (other than every half hour as they tell you to sell your tickets and every yellow pass at least 5 red) skimpy audio and with very little information - compared to other hop on hop off cities where they explain the story here there is always a melensa music that repeats itself and 2 words every now and then. Drivers that I do not comment. That's bad.

It costs a lot to organize - I think the red ones work better they need an app that tells you where to find the stops or how to get around in the transports that tells you where to go and tells you where to go than bus to catch, something at the level of a capital I ended up moving in Uber and running a well designed app I think it is not much to ask no?

Waste of time and money - This experience was beyond disappointing. The busses were infrequent- ridiculous wait times at each stop. Confusing routes - 6 other passengers at the stop and my family could not make sense of the map. Drivers who ignored questions when asked. What a waste of money.... more importantly we wasted our limited time we had in Lisbon. come on Viator do better !
