Lecce - Lovely tour with Antonella in the old town of Lecce with historical insight of the architecture and food. Would do again.

Great mix of history, architecture and food - Really had a nice time. Giancarlo’s pacing and personality really helped me get oriented to the city. Nice mix of foods and went back to eat more at my favorites. We had 5 food tastings and tried things I would have certainly missed on my own. I like that the tour wasn’t about a single topic One thing to note, the start point does require parking meter parking, of which some ticket machines are easier to understand than others.

I'm a huge fan of history and also of food and it was so great to be able to combine the two. This tour absolutely blew me away, and was especially amazing due to our tour guide Giancarlo. Giancarlo made the day unforgettable. From the moment we started, his storytelling was so engaging and full of life. He didn’t just give us a history lesson; he wove Lecce’s past into captivating stories that made the city feel alive. Giancarlo’s deep knowledge of Lecce, paired with his humor and personal experience growing-up in the culture, turned the tour into something truly special. It felt like we were exploring the city with a friend who had an endless love for Lecce and knew everything about the city and its history. We kicked off our first day of a five-day stay in Lecce with this tour, and it was the perfect introduction. Giancarlo’s insights made walking around the city for the next few days so much more meaningful. Every time we passed a landmark or a charming street, we felt like we had an inside scoop on its history, thanks to him. It transformed our whole visit and made it feel way more connected and memorable. The food tasting was another highlight. The local dishes were delicious, and it was fantastic to sample the city’s culinary delights. But honestly, Giancarlo’s stories about the food and his witty commentary made it all the more enjoyable. Giancarlo is a fabulous tour guide. Very fun and informative! - Giancarlo was a fantastic guide. We tasted amazing food and learned a lot of the history of Lecce. We happened to hit the rare rainy summer day in Lecce and Giancarlo made the most of it. Highly recommend!

Interesting tour and nice food - Interesting tour with good local snacks and food. Antonella was very knowledgable and a great guide. The city is beautiful and we did quite a lot of interesting place with many interesting historical facts. We had 5 stops with first salty snacks and then sweets, it was enough for our lunch. We put 4 star because we think it was a bit overpriced.

Good food tour with friendly and knowledgeable guide - Giancarlo, our guide was knowledgeable about the history of Lecce, the origins of Leccese foods and why the locals were so proud of their culture. It was a very interesting and enjoyable tour with a friendly guide and the foods were typical.

Great tour guide and great food. - The food was very good. I enjoyed learning about the different types of food that we tasted and the history of Lecce.

Not the best food Tour - Our guide was very informative, in fact to informative, the stops were to spread out and when we finally made it to the third stop the shop was hot no AC and no where to really sit down. The tour is 2 1/2 hours and so bathroom stops offered and i would thing that water should have been offered at each stop. The final stop was Gelato which was great only not in the historic area and a long way from where we started. As for the food it was OK.
