Family tour with Antonella - As family with two adults and one kid we booked the guided tour in German a day in advance. Antonella waited at the indicated location and after a first quick bite and some introduction to Lecce and it's history we started exploring the city. Antonella's explanations were detailed and she took care to involve our son (9) to keep him entertained. It was a great experience and we can fully recommend a private tour over any larger group. If you can, try to book the afternoon tour as it gets really hot during noon. If not make sure to eat an extra scoop of gelato 😁

Come for the food, stay for the history! - We loved the entire tour. The local foods were fabulous, we liked every stop. Our favorite was the Rustica, but the gelato was fabulous and the taralli, wine and cheese were also great. We really enjoyed walking with Giancarlo, he brought the history and background of Lecce and made sure we understood what we were looking at and why it was important. The pace was perfect (one of us had mobility issues) and we never felt rushed or hurried. A wonderful day, highly recommend if you’re in Lecce for even a day!

The Best Way to Tour Lecce - We had a wonderful tour of Lecce with our guide Antonella. Her knowledge of the history, culture and food of Lecce is unsurpassed. Combining a tour of the city and it's historical sites with some stops for local food was very enjoyable.
