Take a paddle through the mangroves - Exploring the jungle by paddling through the mangroves was an incredible experience. Our knowledgeable guides story told the local fables, and identified and discussed many of the marine life, birds and bats that we saw. The atmosphere was tranquil, silent of humans with only the tweet of birds and buzz of insects, after the paddle we had plenty of time to swim in the waters off a small island, we walked to nearby caves that were full of bats and then served a delicious lunch on a floating barge. 100% recommend this trip.

Excellent well organised tour exploring the serenity of a mangrove estuary - A fantastic experience in a beautiful mangrove estuary. A perfect place for kayaking on flat water. Friendly informative guides. An interesting short jungle walk and then just the most perfect private swim at a remote beach after a short boat ride. Lots of things included and definitely recommended.

Great mix of nature, island views and local cuisine. - Highly recommend this trip! We had a great time kayaking with JungleWalla tours, our guide Masyi had so much knowledge about the ecosystem. She was a great communicator! We loved the bat cave, the boat ride and lunch at the floating restaurant. Sea eagles and Brahminy kites flew over us. I hope that the mangroves remain protected by the UNESCO park forever.

Taking time out to enjoy Langkawi’s flora, fauna and food - Great morning out with Masyi who guided us through a stretch of mangrove forest standing guard over Langkawi’s coastline. Saw mudskippers, monkeys, mini blue crabs and even a baby viper (who apparently are more dangerous than adult ones as they are more reactive and haven’t learnt to control the amount of venom inject into their victims when they attack). Ended the tour with a swim at a nearby island and delicious Malay home cooked meal. Highly recommend!

Best kayaking nature experience ! - Superb morning out to the mangrove river at Kubang Badak and even more exciting with the kayak. The place is serene and untouched. We also did a short light hike, visited the limestone caves and saw bats. Took a short boat ride to Jemuruk island for a swim in the sea which gave us a good appetite for the delicious lunch on a floating restaurant. Kidos to the guide for all the great information and keeping us safe. Thumbs up to the boatman too. Kayak equipments are good. All in all this tour with Junglewalla is a must do when visiting Langkawi. A perfect nature adventure experience easy for anyone to participate.

Wonderful Mangrove Kayaking - The Mangrove Kayaking tour was excellent. Online Booking was easy on Junglewalla website and Azri was very prompt in all of his reply via WhatsApp. We arranged hotel pick up service as we didn't want to be late for the tour and the driver was very punctual. Upon arrival at starting point, our tour guide Masyi was very polite and friendly as she answered all our questions about the tour and it's surroundings. As we started to kayak, she explained the landscape and history of the langkawi mangrove. The Kayak made it easy for us to be close to the water and experience the mangrove. We made several stops along the way as she gave us time to enjoy the sights and highlighted the animals that existed in the mangrove. She is very thoughtful in ensuring (several times) that we are doing okay as we kayak. We stopped at a small island for a brief dip in the sea to cool off and went to a private local floating restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and freshly cooked by the chef. We chose Junglewalla because they preserve nature in it's original form without any feeding of animals or disturbance to the landscape.

Don't hesitate to book the kayaking tour! - Our kayak tour was a few days ago already but it's still the highlight of our trip to Malaysia. It wasn't only the kayaking, we also loved the hiking, boating, swimming and an amazing lunch at a private hut on the water. So much variety in just one outing! And of course we have to mention our tour guide Maysi, who was so informative and a joy to listen to.
