Amazing Trek - We had an amazing time trekking in the jungle. Everything was really well organised and we managed to see so many orangutans up close. The food was great and the jungle taxi was a great way to end the trip. Definitely recommend the 3 day option. Can be quite challenging but the guides will adapt to your comfort level.

3 day jungle trek - This was an amazing experience with this company. they were so helpful in helping me plan things before and after the trek and answered any and all questions i had with a lot of detail. they were so kind and informative. our guide on the trek was also amazing and so nice. i definitely recommend this company. the food was also amazing and the campsites were comfortable and in nice locations by the river.

Everything absolutely perfect! - The tour was unforgettable and perfectly organized. Everything was perfect from the first contact by email until the end of the tour. The food our guides conjured up for us every day was super delicious. The care was exemplary. Management has regularly asked if everything is okay. EXTRAORDINARY 10/10 - An unforgettable experience in the heart of the jungle during 4D/3N, we had the chance to see a dozen orange outans and other animal / plant species. All this would not be possible without our guide Brema and his assistant Risky who made this trek fun and so special. Thank you very much for the good humor! We recommend 100% (even if not completely restful). Communication with the company is 10/10, ultra responsive and accommodating.

Slapen in de klamboe! - Thanks for making this such a very memorable stay guys; ‘slapen in de klamboe’, cozy jungle coffees (without the cookies after several cheeky monkey visits), tasty meals with salty fish sambal, early morning wake-up calls to see the hornbill (thank youuu!), multiple encounters with Thomas Leaf monkeys and urangutans, full support on the slippery slopes (gaatie?), ending with a fun and relaxing drift over the river guided by a front, side and back captain. Fun experience - Was such a fun experience, be prepared to be out of your comfort zone for a couple days but it’s so worth it. Guides are great. If I was to do it again I would do more than 2 nights so I could go even further into the jungle and have the chance to see more, but nonetheless was a great experience with really hard working and such great guides. Communication from the company was very good also.

Incredible jungle experience with super jungle guides - We did the 3 days jungle tour with Syaipul & Rizky. It was an incredibly great experience with lots of animal encounters and nice people. Dedek, Syaipul & Rizky took care of everything and fulfilled every wish. We started the tour at 8:30 in the morning from Bukit Lawang. Dedek had also organized the accommodation (Jungle River Lodge) for us, which is also highly recommended. We were picked up from the lodge and then met our group for the first time. We were 6 Touris in our group led by Syaipul & Rizky. Right at the beginning we saw some orangutans incl. The great Alpha Male (King Lui). The further we walked into the jungle, the wilder the monkeys became. Already on the first day we discovered 4 different monkey species (see pictures). Syaipul & Rizky conjured up a rich breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and always had water and a few cookies for us. The sleeping tents each have exactly 6 sleeping places. You're close. For every 2 sleeping places there is a common mosquito net which was close to our group. A few tips that can help you prepare: - The tour is not a walk. There are many differences in altitude to overcome and a lot of climbing. You should be reasonably fit. It rains every now and then. The paths are correspondingly wet and slippery. Good water-repellent hiking boots are absolutely necessary. - You sweat a lot on this tour, so at the end of the tour your clothes stink. Plan your journey so that you can have your laundry washed by the accommodation beforehand. - In Bukit Lawang there is currently no ATM (No possibility to withdraw funds). Please withdraw enough cash at the airport beforehand and also remember to give the tour guides an appropriate tip. We would have liked to tip more at the end of the tour as the tour was really exceptionally good. Once in a lifetime experience - We had an amazing time in the jungle. I went with my boyfriend but the group was very friendly. Our guides, Syaipul and Risky where amazing. They were funny, always smiling and very helpfull. We saw a lot of oranutans (too many to count) and ofcoure a lot of other monkeys. The guides costumized the the trek and itinerary according to the groups wishes, which was so toughtfull. The trekking was not to difficult, you get a lot of breaks and freshly prepared fruit and food. I do recommend good hiking shoes, as it is very slippery. If you like adventure + can stand showering in the river and going to the ‘jungle toilet’, I highly recommend. Special thanks to our guides!

very beautiful experience in the Jungle - We had a very good experience Trekking with our guides Nasir and Rafli. They were good in spoting animals and also very funny. We saw so many Orang Utans and the Jungle was very beautiful. The food, we eat, was very good😁 But be prepared that you will sweat a lot. I think I am very good at hiking and I found the Trekking challenging to do. So I recommend you to know your Level. Otherwise I really recommend it😉

Excellent experience - We went out with 5 friends together with our 2 guides Danny and Barigata. The trip was well mapped out and our transport was also arranged in advance. The 3 days is ideal to go deeper into the jungle. We were adequately supplied with good food and snacks during the whole trip. We would recommend it to anyone who loves some adventure.
