Jaco food tour - Great tour guide! Took us around the city and showed all of the amazing food places in Jaco. He was very informative and kind! Highly recommend!

Local Hot spots - The spots Josue picked were amazing. Definitely will recommend this tour if you are not familiar with the area or know where all the hot spots are. This is the best tour to know where to eat like a local. And if you have any adventurous palate you are in for a nice surprise. The food was amazing and Josue knowledge of the area exceeded past the best food spots. Highly recommend...5 stars.

Book it! - There was so much food! I recommend doing a day with the farmers market. It’s an extra treat and you become familiar with the strip afterwards.

A Must-Do in Jacó – Come Hungry! - The food tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Josue was incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about both the food and the local culture. He made the experience feel relaxed and authentic, like exploring the town with a friend.
The food was absolutely delicious. We got to try a variety of local Costa Rican spots. It was a great way to learn about the ingredients and history behind the flavors.
On top of that, walking around downtown Jacó gave us a deeper appreciation for the local vibe (shops, street art, and everyday life). If you’re visiting Jacó and want to explore beyond the beach/hotel, this tour is a perfect way to do it! I would suggest doing this in the front end of your trip so you can visit some of the stops again during the rest of the trip. We did this tour on our last night in Jaco and we definitely would have gone back to a these spots again if we had more time.

Taste of Costa Rica - Must Do! - Taste of Costa Rica was the highlight of our trip! Our guide Josué was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights about local food and culture. The casados were delicious, and the fresh watermelon cocktail was perfect. The beachfront restaurant setting made it all even more special. Highly recommend!

Must try!! - This tour was great! We had the best time learning about the culture and eating the yummy foods. Josue made the tour very informational and we would definitely go on one again :) Our family had such a good time.

Loved this tour! - Our guide, Josue was knowledgeable, friendly and even messaged me in advance just to make sure we knew where to meet him which I appreciated. Be prepared to be hungry, we ate so much delicious food. The only downside is I do wish for some of the stops that we had slightly more time, but I do understand that there is a lot to pack in and it was a lovely experience that left us with knowledge of the Jaco area as well as the many food options which were all amazing. Thank you Josue!

Food! Beverages! Culture! Meeting new people & more! - Amazing experience! Josue is an amazingly knowledgeable tour guide! And highly entertaining. The food was delicious & local. Great time meeting new people while enjoying Costa Rican cuisine. Go hungry. The courses are spaced out perfectly with a little walk in between each one to digest. Not only was it great to experience the food, but it was also a great walking tour of the downtown Jaco strip. Great pointers of where to shop & what to buy. I’m traveling solo & loved meeting new people and chatting with all of them throughout the evening. 10/10, highly recommend! Book now! Thank you Josue for the excellent experience!
