An amazing, insightful tour of Jaco’s local artistry - My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful guided tour through the beachfront areas in Jaco by Josue. He did an amazing job sharing the local knowledge, history, and culture of many amazing murals and graffiti art we came across. Learning about the artists, their inspiration, and/or their methods really helped us understand why Jaco was the right choice for our trip.

Larger than life Art - Josh (my tongue twisted around the Tico name) was a delight! Very dapper and clean cut, very knowledgeable and well liked by the Tico shopkeepers and hidden gallery owners. He has an acute understanding of Costa Rican history and culture. Jaco (hawk-KOH) is pretty unique in that regard. The collective wall art project history, and the graffiti art movement, coalesce and are both interpreted well under his tutelage. And we got fruit punch at the end, in a restaurant that might have been a bird aviary, a loud one at that! The walk was not strenuous, and took us through back alleys that we might not have seen. The art work is phenomenal. Some of it you’ll never see without a guide like Josh. Money well spent!

Authentic Art & City Tour - I had the absolute pleasure of joining the street art and city tour in Jaco with Josue as my guide, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Awesome way to see the beauty of Jaco. - I've been to Jaco Beach before but never noticed the art! So, I decided to do this tour with my 6-year-old son. The tour guide, Josue, was so knowledgeable, explaining the history to us. He was also very patient with my son, who always has a LOT of questions. :) I highly recommend you sign up for this tour.
