Guests are welcomed into a traditional Ligurian garden surrounded by lush greenery in the summer, or a cozy heated outdoor area in the winter. Together, all the ingredients of authentic pesto and their significance will be explored.

With a Carrara marble mortar and an olive wood pestle, Camilla will instruct you in crafting your own pesto. You will manually crush and blend the ingredients to achieve the perfect color and texture.

Enjoy the freshly made pesto with Genoese focaccia and trofie, along with Genoese pandolce dessert, complemented by local wine and Italian spirits.

Participants will receive the Champion’s recipe, photos and videos of the session, and a small souvenir to remember Liguria.
