Very good day out, amazing scenery. - Bach Ma was a beautiful place to visit. The scenery was amazing, the lakes and waterfalls very picturesque. Our guide had good knowledge of the area along with the flora and fauna. The trek was tough, requiring a reasonable degree of physical fitness. The trails were fine, however there was a considerable amount of climbing up & down rocks along with many places only passable by holding onto a rope to get through The down side of this great day was the complete disarray around transportation. Passengers were unloaded at the entry tot he park. From there we weren't given any information regarding what happens next. None of the staff seemed to have any idea which bus would take us up to the starting point. This was also the case on the return, again standing around trying to find out which bus was taking who, which bus was going where.... very frustrating for many people getting on and off buses until they were sorted! Better communication, or at least some sort of system at the start & end is required for guests to have a truly amazing day

Be careful - We were a group of four fitted people doing the tour and we all think that this tour is NOT safe. The “scenic” route is hard and slippery (it was not raining) with NO security whatsoever. A lady fell twice and thank god did not really hurt herself because they didn’t seem to have any first aid kit with them
