Worth of my time 100% - The day at the Ba Na Hills, seeing golden bridge an a lot more, was worth of my time 100%! Our guide Ms Linh was kind, helpful and shared her knowledge of the destination and Vietnam in general. Nice day!

Ba Na Hills is magical - From start to finish I had the most amazing experience, my guide was wonderful and slightly funny but helpful and very informative. Ba Na Hills is a must see and do tour it’s absolutely magical being high up in the mountains and then it looks like a freaking Castle up there with so many wonderful places to eat, the flower garden is great, the Buddha and the rides the arcade the hotels everything is amazing and so affordable.

Golden Hand tour. - What an amazing day. We were advised of puckup time by Linh, our guide for the day. After picking up the other tour members we headed to Ba Na Hills. On the way, Linh provided a wonderful commentary of regional and country history.
On reaching the site, Linh guided us through the queues and onto/into the various places.
Throughout the day, Linh escorted to the various locations giving an often numerous summation.
On balance, it was a long day out made enjoyable by Linh's guidance. Even the journey back to our hotel was enjoyable.
I would rate this experience my No.1 Vietnam tour and would highly recommend others to take this tour.

A unique experience - This was a great day out! The golden bridge was very busy and crowded with tourists but underneath was a great view and less busy. The guide was super lovely and kept us together as a group when needed, he was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour (and a great singing voice!). We had a few hours free time to explore the park and its surrounding buildings. In our opinion it is not worth the extra money to book the buffet lunch as there are many other food options within the park for a fraction of that price. The views from the cable car are breathtaking. This tour includes all entry for bridge, cable cars, and sunworld park. There are lots of activities that you can do in the theme park - our favourite was the 5D movie, 360 movie and the arcade games. Even though it was a bit misty - we could still see the bridge and the fog in the theme park came and went. It added to the experience if anything but bring a jumper!

Great tour but not my cup of tea - Pick-up went perfectly. Rosie the tour guide was amazing and very helpful. The place however was a well co-ordinated tourist trap. Couldn't see much because of the mist the whole time. The place is nice but very expensive. What does help with the queues is booking through the tour operator who have a skip the line preference. This in itself was worth the price. If you are into the theme park and resort vibe then this is for you. If not give it a skip. This of course is no indication on the tour operator who was fantastic with price and service.

Great tour, Sun World mega touristy. - Fine tour but Sun World is mega touristy. Jun is a friendly tour guide only sometimes difficult to understand/follow. Does try his best in English and I really appreciate that. Tour is punctual and there is plenty of free time to spend. Lunch at Sun World isn't great. A lot of food is cold, quality not great and the many Chinese we saw there left a nice mess at the buffets. Left the bowls open and pushed everyone aside. Not fine dining. Better book the tour without lunch and maybe in the park at the stalls to get some food.

Fun trip to an amusement park - very picturesque - The golden bridge is very beautiful and the area around it is picturesque. I did not realize beforehand that this Ba Na Hills / Sunworld tour is really just a guided trip to an amusement park. So, the day is entertaining but not the most culturally informative and there are a lot of tourist crowds. That being said, I still had a good time on this tour.

Tourist scam - Taurus trap alert! On their website, it stated that five years and younger it’s going to be free. Upon arriving, we found out five years old and under it’s free if they’re under 1 m.. my child was 1 m and 1 cm which they didn’t count for the shoes. Wouldn’t let her take off the shoes and proceeded to charge me the full mission price.. this place nickels and dime. Customer Service was useless and I actually had to get a manager involved because they are not very handicap friendly. the Donning at the four star buffet was decent and the overall atmosphere was OK but for the amount of money that they charged to nickel and Diễm was unfair, so if you’re traveling with family or young children, I would stay away from this place
