It’s cold! Dress warmly. ... - It’s cold! Dress warmly. Wonderful experience, absolutely recommend! They picked us up at our hotel and the guide (I have terrible memory and can’t remember his name right now) was friendly and professional.

Stunning views of the night sky - This was a brilliant evening, absolutely loved it. Picked up outside our hotel right on time. The sunset part didn’t really happen, despite organiser’s valiant attempts to chase the sunset thru the clouds. But that’s just luck of the draw. The cava was a nice addition. No such problems with the stargazing part of the trip however. The night sky just came alive with stars, it was sensational. There were two very impressive looking telescopes set up for us and guides shared great knowledge with us as we got to view planets, stars, constellations and even other galaxies. You can help but be blown away by the vastness and scale of it all. We were fortunate that we had a great little group for the evening with friendly folk from America and Holland. Thanks to Peter, our driver and guide, who was entertaining and knowledgeable throughout. Full recommend this trip, particularly the minibus option so as to ensure a small group. Tip: it’s bitterly cold, coats are provided but wear as many layers as u can.

An amazing night under starry skies… great guides! First stop, sunset with Tiede as a backdrop, then the stars! - Wonderful experience, with friendly, knowledgeable guides. Beautiful sunset with views of Tiede, then such a beautiful night sky!

Great stargazing and sunset 🌇 - What a great trip. Jamie and Mike were great, explained a lot on this excursion, pick up was on time from my hotel, then on to see the sunset with a drink. Then on to the stargazing. Can't recommend it enough. Thanks again both 🪐👍

Interesting and educational experience, good vibes - Dani and Mike made this trip very friendly and warm despite freezing wind at night. It was even much more interesting to just look at the sky with naked eyes, you can see all constellation, planet, moon by yourself. Small group gives enough time to look in the telescope too. We saw Venus, Mars, Saturn, Andromeda Galaxy and maybe something else I forget lol. Mike and Dani know a lot of stuff about stars, myths behind them. Absolutely worth your time! P.S. warm clothes and bottle of water might be very useful if you are going there

Informative and fun evening under some truly dark skies. - Phil & Dani are a great double act. Detailed explanations of what we were seeing by people who obviously had a real passion for their subject. As a good friend of mine once said after a night in the caldera with this same team; “Everyone should experience the stars in a truly dark sky at least once in their lives.” I can’t recommend this tour strongly enough.

A really good introduction to the night sky - Having small groups and good telescopes makes for a really good experience, as does the cava at sunset. One of the guides was very knowledgeable and entertaining, though it's definitely pitched towards beginners. Good communication up front, and quick follow up with the photo of us in front of the night sky, which is beautiful.
