Great for celebrating - Great place to celebrate a birthday. Food is good, generous portions and friendly attentive staff. Great location for exploring the rest of Manchester.

No need to all rush at once - Nice atmosphere, had a table available for 3 of us at 18:00pm. No waiting. Starters came with kids meal. Kids meal - hot dog and chips. The hot dog tasted awful our son only had the chips. Adult meal ribs - huge portion size! Not to much sauce then when we asked for more bbq was told its £1 a pot . . . Which seems ridiculous. Chicken sandwich meal spicey and good portion size. Our serve Ollie was a breath of fresh air. Apologies he had to charge us for condiments and explained everything well. He was the star of the show although this visit was under whelming. What's the point in spending £70 on a meal if we had to pay extra for sauce.

Average - Service from the lady was excellent- helpful, quick, friendly. No sport on (Euros were on) which was disappointing. Food was average - the Gold menu had a choice of 6 mains ave one single desert. Menu definitely needs work as it feels dated.

Do not ask for Guacamole. - Our server was lovely and went above and beyond for us, the food was amazing. We had boneless wings and nachos and then a burger and fajitas. The issue we had was over the transparency of cost, for example I asked for the guacamole to be used with my nachos, and then when the fajitas came, kept the same guacamole as we had not used it all. When the bill came, I’d been changed £4.95 for the guacamole even though it comes with the fajitas. We discussed this with our server the bill came and he apologised but couldn’t do anything about it and said that is how much guacamole costs, even though I didn’t use the one from the fajitas as I said I’d keep this one. I’ve never been anywhere where a portion of guacamole costs £4.95. If our server had been transparent about the costs I’d have just said I’ll use the one that comes with the fajitas and not have to pay £4.95.

Disappointing - Our food, the atmosphere and the service we received does not warrant this price tag. I had the vegetarian burger and it was the exact burger they serve in McDonald's. It's a nice burger, but when I tipped my fries onto my plate, it also looked like a Maccies meal. The plates from our starters and sides stayed our table for the duration of our main meal. We had to pile them up ourselves, so we had room on the table. The servers were attentive overall but they appeared to be understaffed. They were really polite and helpful. One of our party has an allergy and they went over and above to ensure that he had what he needed. Being Mothers' Day, perhaps it was busier than usual.

We cannot recommend this event - The food was OK. My husband had a piece of plastic in his glass, and no one could explain why. The drink was replaced. After the meal, we were forced to leave after presenting the bill, even though only a few tables were occupied. We would have liked to order something else to drink.

Stay away from this place - Me and a few friends visited today and ordered strawberry daiquiris and we were advised the blender was broken we received no apology and the cocktails we got were poorly made had no ice and was not up to the standard you would expect from such a big well known establishment, and in addition to that we ordered jager bombs which were flung together in a high ball glass which is not how they should be served. When they charge high end prices you expect to receive a high end product and service. The experience was extremely disappointing and I will be advising people to stay away when visiting Manchester. Please avoid if you're in the area. We will never be back and will be avoiding the all Hard Rock Cafe establishments it's absolutely crap
