Superb! - Trip to London with family, our first meal out there was at this restaurant. Start to finish, a great experience. I went on the May Bank Holiday weekend, so to the surprise of nobody, it was of course busy. Still, FOH went about it superbly. Attentive at all times, hard-working, good speed - amazing. The nacho’s sharing starter worked an absolute treat, really good. For my main, I had the steak frites which were absolutely fantastic. I just about managed to finish the whole plate and loved every bite. Overall, a fantastic experience and well-looked after. Thank you to the team for providing it!

Hard rock and theatre trip - Booked a table to celebrate an aniversary.the ambience was amazing. Our waiter was so attentive and cheerful.sorry i have forgot your name, but he was Portugese. The food and drink were so tasty. We got a free ice cream because it was our 40th year of Nursing.Nice touch from waiter. Even better,i received the bill and when he saw i had a blue light card in my wallet,he took the bill away and submitted a new one with the discount taken off. The shop is fab too.i got a t shirt for my son.the gifts were fantastic.

Fun vibes - The menu for which I had paid upfront , wasn’t very clear that there was no choice of pudding . Just that it was chocolate brownie with ice cream . It was however very nice and there were enough choices for the main meal. Cocktails were all done for us in Contiki glasses which were big and the quality was good The package included soft drinks that we didn’t receive and then I was billed an extortionate amount for the cocktails on top . When queried it was because you got to keep or choose the type of glass you wanted after payment Made total sense but wasn’t explanatory . I had three btw ages of 18 - 20 who weren’t really interested in having the glass as not tourists in its purest form but chose new glasses nonetheless lol A lovely trip out had by all but I do feel it’s very much they’ve got you now so. I’ve visited several others around the globe so just happy to enjoy another one in our capital city xx

Good - Second time visiting, this time for breakfast. Food was tasty and good portion sizes. Pancakes and French toast were absolutely delicious. The full English breakfasts were good however the beans weren't very warm and the toast was closer to bread and tore easily when adding the straight from the fridge butter. Not a huge issue for us to need to complain though. It came to just under £60 for the four of us including the service charge which I didn't think was too bad for such a well known chain in central London. It was great also looking at the memorabilia. I would say worth a visit as the food isn't bad and the cost is about the same as a trip to smith and western for example, on the higher end but worth it as a rare treat. Staff are really hit and miss though, some are really friendly and helpful, on this occasion our server was friendly but had a slight attitude; not with us just I think it was his general demeanor if that makes sense...either way it put me off adding a small extra tip which I normally do if service is excellent. Will I go again? Yes if I'm in the area and fancy a cocktail (go for the Bahama mama!)
