Fab Experience at The Original Hard Rock Cafe - We had Gold menu. It is a limited menu but we all knew we wanted the burger so it suited us. The food was great and we thought it was great value. We decided to get cocktails with the meal and use the included drink as a coffee at the end of the meal which worked great for us. The staff were fabulous. I’d had to call them as tube stations were closed which meant would be late. We did have to wait a little bit but they accommodated us and were really good about it which we were grateful for especially considering how busy they were. I’d definitely do this again and overeating my party.

Day out in London - After spending the day shopping in London we went for late lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and from the moment we got there it was a great visit. The inside decor was lovely and the rock memorabilia was really fun to look at especially Brian Mays jacket. Our server Davide was really lovely and attentive, he also spoke to us all to make sure that the food was okay, he also asked of any allergies and ensured that the kitchen were aware of my mums egg allergy. The strawberry basil lemonade was really tasty, the twisted mac and cheese that I had was piping hot, tasty and filled the spot. The fries were nice and hot and was really nice to dip into the cheese sauce in the pasta. All the food was cooked really well, and the value of the meal was very good seeing as we were in London. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Nice restaurant and staff but low quality cheap food at a high cost. Paying only for the brand name. - Staff were polite and we were sat down in good time. Great guy on the front desk very kind and efficient. Inside was nice like most Hardrock cafes, music playing and we had a good table near the window. My issue and why I wouldn’t return to this restaurant was the very low quality food, very dry bread and the pulled pork was dry and minimal to what it used to be. Small potion of over fried cheap French fries. The food should be so much better! Made for cheap and quick service and a higher the average price.

Mediocre Mediocre Mediocre - Really mediocre experience. We chose to celebrate our Thanksgiving here because we saw a turkey and fixin's set menu. First offense we were sequestered to the basement, yet "assured" it's "just as good as the main dining room". Well, it wasn't. We were the first customers in a new section of the basement so we spent our Thanksgiving in basically an empty room. Next, my son ordered off the kids' menu, and the staff didn't synch the arrival of all of our meals. Next, the turkey dinner was ok, but the sweet potatoes were ice cold. If I'd known it wasn't all-you-can eat (like Thanksgiving), I'd have opted for a steak or burger that would have been much less than the 25 GBP Thanksgiving plate. Also, no rolls or bread. Or dessert included. Like, no. Thanksgiving has rolls, and included dessert. Come on! Woudn't bother doing that again.

As the first hard rock cafe disappointing, was very impressed from NewYork - I was very disappointed I had booked the tour on the internet Nobody really knew As the first Hardrock Cafe I expected it bigger with more info and archive museum I'm Café the staff was friendly and the food was good. Overrated - Went for my daughter’s 18th birthday I must admit it was nothing special overpriced and to add a service charge on your bill at the end is a bit of pi take we’re not the us they just to sit you down and they the change a small fortune for the pleasure

Awful time food and MANAGER !! - AVOID AT all costs! Manager David is the rudest nastiest person ,Arogant has all staff shaking how he talks to them in front of customers .. he actually spat at one poor young girl food was awful really wish I had gone Piccadilly not park lane … utter chaos no organisation told has to wait 35 mins for table but counted 12 tables empty they ask you to wait at bar scheme to get you buying drinks !!! Hard Rock need to audit this place and manager urgently really letting the brand down

Miesester HRC Service ever - Very poor Service: No food on the terrace No cleaning wipes at Spare Ribs No ketchup and mayo to the fries Since we didn't want dessert, we weren't allowed to drink our drink either but should get up Conclusion: Buy a cap and shirt next door and go somewhere else to eat!

Radio Pop Hit Café - Dancing Pop café. Nice fo Major Lazer, Carly Rae Jepsen, the weekend and Shawn Mendes. Food and service was really nice. No rock, punk, heavy anymore.

Birthday gift - Had a birthday gift which was a combined show and Hard Rock Cafe experience. Unfortunately, the time suggested on the booking wasn't reserved, when we arrived we had the worst table in the place, which was over looking the kitchen, despite the fact that there were plenty of free tables available. My guess is that pre booked experiences means that you will get the worst table and a limited basic menu. Terrible! The staff were lovely though.
