2-Day in Ganghwado Island (SAT)
Ganghwa Peace Observatory - Located on the northernmost mountain of Ganghwado Island, it offers clear views of North Korea. Visitors can use telescopes to observe North Korea directly and explore exhibitions about the country. Remember to bring identification such as a passport or alien registration certificate when visiting.
Ganghwa History Museum - The museum preserves and educates visitors about Ganghwa’s history and culture from prehistoric times to the present, based on local artifacts. The Dolmen in Bugeun-ri, a designated Historic Site, represents Bronze Age funeral customs and is an example of northern dolmen traditions. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Gwangseongbo Fortress - During the Sinmiyangyo (American invasion in 1871), Gwangseongbo was the site of the fiercest battle in Ganghwa.
Ganghwa Pungmul Sijang - The Ganghwa Pungmul Market offers a variety of Ganghwa specialty products. Every 5 days, local vendors join to create the ‘5-day market,’ offering an abundance of goods and street food.
3-Day in Gangneung (SUN)
Inje-gun - In the picturesque Hachuri village, surrounded by mountains and rivers, experience cooking rice with a traditional Korean iron pot “Gamasot,” served with various side dishes and soup. Enjoy a specialty black bean latte at Café Hachuri.
한계령 - Hangyeryeong Pass is renowned for its scenic drive through Seoraksan Mountain. It is also the starting point for the shortest route to Daecheongbong Peak, the highest peak in Seoraksan Mountain.
Ojukheon - Ojukheon in Gangneung is one of Korea’s oldest wooden residential buildings and a significant cultural heritage site. It features historical buildings, a beautiful garden, and the Gangneung Money Museum, which displays Korean banknotes and coins. Ojukheon is depicted on the KRW 5,000 banknote, featuring Yi II and Shin Saimdang.

Auraji - Known for its beautiful, clean mountains and rivers, the area’s name comes from the Korean word eoureojida, meaning “to meet,” as the waters of Pyeongchang and Samcheok converge here.
Jeongseon-gun - Arirang, a Korean folk song, has its roots in Jeongseon. Experience learning Arirang from a qualified singer and visit the Arirang Museum to learn about its history.

Andong Hahoe Folk Village - Hahoe Village, one of Korea’s most famous folk villages, is surrounded by the Nakdonggang River. It is home to descendants of the Ryu clan of Pungsan, comprising 70 percent of the villagers. The village gained fame after visits by Queen Elizabeth of England in 1999 and President George H. Bush of the USA in 2005.
6-Day in Gyeongju - Busan (WED)
Bulguksa Temple - Bulguksa Temple is a key relic of Buddhist culture from the Silla kingdom. It houses seven national treasures and numerous important heritages, and was designated a World Cultural Heritage Site along with the nearby Seokguram Grotto by UNESCO in 1995.
Cheonmachong Tomb - Daereungwon Ancient Tombs are a renowned sight in Gyeongju, a history park with 23 ancient tombs. Artifacts from the tomb, including the largest and most elaborate gold crown unearthed in Korea, can be seen at the Gyeongju National Museum.
Gyeongju East Palace Garden - Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond in Gyeongju are secondary palace sites of Silla. The palace served as the eastern residence for the prince and hosted banquets during auspicious events or to welcome important guests.
Gyeongju National Museum - This museum showcases the 1,000-year history of the Silla Kingdom, including the gold crown from the tomb.
Haedong Yonggungsa - Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is located on the northeastern coast of Busan. This unique attraction offers the rare experience of a temple along the shoreline, as most Korean temples are in the mountains.
Haeundae Beach - Haeundae Blueline Park – Beach Train is a sightseeing train that serves as both a transportation option and a tourist attraction along the beautiful coastal scenery of East Busan.

Odongdo - Odongdo Island is renowned for its camellia colonies. In addition to camellias, there are 70 species of wildflowers and 200 species of evergreen trees. The island is most beautiful in mid-March when the camellias peak. Access the island by walking or taking the Dongbeak train.
