Glasgow to Islay
Rest and be Thankful - We will pass Loch Long & Loch Fyne before stopping at the Rest and Be Thankful for photographs and a wee dram.
Inveraray - On arrival in Inveraray you can have a spot of lunch or if you’d prefer to grab a quick sandwich you may like to visit Inverary Jail. This is also a beautiful place to have a peaceful walk along the shore.
Caol Ila Distillery - Pronounced ‘cull-eela’, the distillery is situated on the North Eastern shores of Islay with magnificent views across the Sound of Islay to the spectacular Paps of Jura.
Day 2 - Islay Whisky Tours
Kilchoman Distillery - Kilchoman Distillery are Islay’s Farm Distillery and they distil Scotland’s only Single Farm Single Malt, hand-crafted from barley grown in the surrounding fields and malted on site.
Bruichladdich Distillery - Bruichladdich Distillery is located on the southwestern tip of the remote Hebridean Island of Islay where they distil four unique spirit.

Following your pickup in Glasgow, we’ll make our way to Kennacraig Ferry Terminal. During our journey, we’ll pass by the scenic Loch Long and Loch Fyne, pausing at the Rest and be Thankful viewpoint for photo opportunities and a small Whisky drink. We’ll halt for lunch at Inveraray before reaching the Kennacraig Ferry Terminal. Throughout our 4-day expedition, we’ll pay a visit and conduct tours at 8 distinct Whisky Distilleries.
