If the 5th Station is inaccessible due to safety concerns, the tour will redirect to Oshino Hakkai, a charming town with lakes created from melted snow and underground springs.
- Fuji-Q Highland - A visit to Fuji Q Highland is scheduled around lunchtime, where lunch can be enjoyed based on the selected option. Alternatively, travelers can arrange their own lunch if the option without lunch is chosen.
- Ensoleille Excursion Ship Pleasure Boat Kawaguchiko - Depart from Appare Pier and cruise beneath the Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge to visit Unoshima, the sole island in the Fuji Five Lakes. Admission is included when the ticket option is chosen.
- Lake Kawaguchiko - At Kawaguchiko, the tour guide will provide tickets for the sightseeing cruise, allowing travelers the liberty to explore the area independently.

- If the Boat cannot be boarded due to weather, traffic, etc. you will be taken to alternative facilities around the Lake Kawaguchi Area. Refunds will not be offered in this instance.
- If the 5th Station is unreachable due to road closures, traffic, or safety reasons, we will pivot to the Mt. Fuji Heritage Center or Oshino Hakkai, an idyllic town with great views of Mt. Fuji and eight lakes formed from Fuji’s pristine spring water.
- Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

Day trip to Mt Fuji - We had a great time throughout the whole trip. Our guide Mayumi was the best! Very kind, polite and informative!
Despite the non favourable weather in the morning we still managed to have great pictures of the Mt. Fuji at the 5th Station.
Luckily we got much better weather when we got to the Kawaguchi Lake, and really enjoyed both the boat trip and the ropeway, also managing to get very nice pictures (thanks again Mayumi!).
I strongly recommend this tour!

Mt. Fuji - We went to Mt Fuji, it was one of the best tours I’ve been on. My favorite part was exploring the 5th station, the views of the mountain and climbers all around was a unique and unforgettable experience.

Great tour with our guide Hitoshi! - We had a great tour visiting Mt Fuji by bus, boat and gondola. It was well worth the money and a very fun day. Our tour guide Hitoshi was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful!
You do need to keep an eye on the clock during free time as there is more to do than time allows. And in August it’s very warm so plan accordingly!

Monte Fuji tour - Very good guide, prepared and kind, wonderful experience!! Really suggested for a day trip outside Tokyo. The weather was good and Mont Fuji was beautiful.

Nice experience - It was a pleasant relaxing day. We saw Mount Fuji in various perspectives giving you the chance to take wonderful photos from the lake, and from the 5th station. Our tutor Anju was very nice and very kind.

Spectacular experience - It was a beautiful day. We had a great time. The fifth station very nice, the restaurant also very nice. I only recommend choosing the free menu and ordering what you want, especially for us Italians who are used to eating differently. The quality is all in many dishes anyway. For the rest beautiful boat but fabulous experience on the cable car. Once you climb up, you have a spectacular view. All thanks to a super professional and kind guide, called Anju; she was helpful, competent, and explained every detail of the place. He also took beautiful pictures of us. Super recommended as an experience.

Great day-trip to Mount Fuji in family - Everything very well organized, good communication about the trip beforehand and everything as per the description. Our guide was super nice and helpful each step of the way: it was a very nice experience for us as a family!

Nice tour guide and destination / bad tour planning and experience. - Tour guide was very kind and visiting Mount Fuji is a visually wonderful experience. However, we were not allowed to do the cable car ride as advertised due to “long line” and our dietary needs weren’t met. We really wasted nearly 3 hours in the afternoon waiting to get back to Tokyo. The tour should end immediately after boat ride and arrange transportation back to Tokyo. This tour could easily be done in a half day and when you visit Japan from thousands of miles away, each day and time matters. I would highly advise folks to go to Mount Fuji, but not on this tour.
