Great experience but be ready for a little confusion at the beginning - Started out slow but was really great got to check out some hidden favorite places suggested by our guide. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning (I dont think our guide mentioned his name because other folks were arguing over who got an e-bike or not) we were told we got an upgrade (but we didn’t) it’s fine everyone got a bike and to be fair: some folks looked like they needed E-assist. Our guide took us to see lots of different places and points of historical interest on both sides of the Arno. The none- E bikes are the funky beach cruiser 3 speed bikes that locals use to commute. Nothing fancy. No helmets necessary or required. Lots of stopping g and starting

Nice ride but organization lacking - The start wasn't promising, I was given a headset and told that our guide would find us. The guides had no identification, like company t-shirts, so it was confusing and took a while to find our group and a bike. We are experienced cyclists, but there was no direction given to anyone in the group, some if whom seemed more inexperienced. The guide himself, Bessi, was relaxed and helpful on the route, and was very informative about the city, and we enjoyed the ride overall. Next time I would probably pay more and book a private ride or choose a more organized company.

E bike adventure - It’s a fun way to see the sights and you cover way more ground than walking. Unfortunately the sound system for hearing the guide is not great

Overpriced bike ride up a hill - Literally a bike ride up a hill. Great view at top. Navigating through the crowds when leaving the meeting point is very tricky, especially if you have not ridden a bike in awhile. A number of people were having difficulty. Way overpriced.

Andrea Bad Guide - The idea of doing the tour with the ebike would have been a good idea because we were able to see Florence from above going to Piazza Michelangelo but the Guide Andrea made it bad when he was unempathetic, bored and hasty.

What a waste of your money… - A waste of money, why... First of all, the groups are too large, there were 15 of us in total and despite the transmitter the guide could not be heard. Secondly, he constantly shouts attention but does not pay attention to the group members. we regularly stood at a red light, and he just drove on without waiting for us. I could go on like this for a while, but the worst was yet to come. One of us had an empty battery after an hour, and some of us lost the group. Of course the guide did not realize this and we eventually drove back to the rental with the help of Google Maps. No one wanted to take responsibility and in the end we got money back for 3 people. and yes, that guide, of course, did not take responsibility for anything, not even the word sorry came out of his mouth. So give this a wide berth unless you like throwing money away...
