Florence E~Bike tour - Our tour guide Rebecca was wonderful. She shared lots of history about this beautiful city, which she was very passionate about. Rebecca was also very compassionate towards our family and very safety conscious too.

Great way to get some... - Great way to get some exercise while learning about Florence. The car traffic was a little "dodgy" at times, but Rebecca did a great job providing instructions and keeping everyone in the group together.

Florence Electric Bike City Tour - The tour was really nice. Our guide was really nice and took a lot of pictures of us. It was just my mom and I on the tour so we got lucky. The bikes were great. Our favorite part was definitely going up the hill and seeing the view of the city from up there.

Electric bike tour with guide - It was on Monday 22/9 that we did a bike ride with electric bike with guide at half past eleven. Unfortunately, the guide was an unfriendly person who did not feel like the explanation

Book with Caution - You need to be an experienced e-bike rider. There was limited to no instruction on using the features of the bike. The bikes were older and cumbersome. There was a a lot of pedestrian congestion which made it difficult to maneuver. We also went on a number of streets that were cobblestone which made for a very bumpy ride that left us all very sore at the end of the ride. The guide’s audio died so we feel like we didn't get the full experience. View from the top was amazing but this tour should be booked with caution.

Florence is not the city for a bike tour - As others have mentioned, Florence is not the place to be doing a bike tour. After almost colliding with pedestrians, other cyclists and dodging traffic, we stopped and walked our bikes back to the starting point. It was just too stressful and couldn’t absorb the commentary since I was terrified of running into to someone. I’ve done tours in other major cities and have never felt so unsafe. Might be worth having a smaller tour on the Oltrarno side of the river to go up to the hill for the view.

Disappointed - started late, no helmets, listen devices not working, a child fell twice, time ran over because it started late, English tour in multi languages, guide's English extremely hard to understand
