Highlights
  • Santorini Volcano - Our first destination will be the famous volcano of Santorini! After 20 minutes sailing, we will reach Nea Kameni’s jetty. Should you are interested to be guided at the volcano, you should pay 2.5euro/ per person as an entrance fee. Then, you will walk to the volcano’s ridge with your guide and he is going to explain you everything about the history and the geology of the volcano. You will stay at the volcanic island for 1.5hr and in the end you will embark again to our boat for the next stop.

  • Palea Kameni - Our next stop will be the island of Palea Kameni where the famous hot springs are located on the west side. A place that is really popular for its thermal waters. We will stop there for 30min at a distance of 30 meters from the shallow waters of Agios Nicholaos’ beach. The waters are mixed with mud that they are full of sulfur, iron and other metals coming from the volcano and they are very good for the skin, rheumatism, arthritis and other physical pains. Important Note : In order to reach Agios Nicholaos’ beach is essential to swim extremely well.

  • MARINE THIRASSIA - Sailing above the underwater craters from Palia Kameni to Thirasia Island, the boat will anchor close to the island in order to enjoy the view and swim in the waters of Thirassia island

  • Sunset in Oia - The end of the excursion comes on sunset time. Aphrodite sets sails and the sun dives to the sea in the northernmost part of the island. Our boat will stop very close to Oia village where you will have the chance to watch the warm light of the setting sun under the violet sky before the night falls. This is the most unforgettable experience as the Caldera and the village of Oia will turn into gold colour. Your trip with Aphrodite in this sanctuary of romance is going to be in your memories and your hearts forever!

Additional Information

Our journey starts with a trip to Santorini’s volcano! We will dock at Nea Kameni. Here, you’ll accompany your guide up to the edge of the volcano, and he will elaborate on its history and geology. You’ll have an hour and a half to spend on this volcanic island.
Next up, we visit the island of Palea Kameni, home to notable hot springs found on its west side. We’ll pause here for half an hour, anchoring 30 meters away from the gentle waters of Agios Nicholaos’ beach, where the water is rich in sulfur-infused mud.
As we sail past the underwater craters from Palia Kameni to Thirasia Island, we will moor near the island, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views and cool off with a 30-minute swim, before serving dinner on board!
Finally, as sunset descends, prepare to witness the awe-inspiring sight of the sun sinking into the sea, in the island’s northernmost section.

Excellent tour operator - Excellent tour operator, professional and competent. Nice tour and great dinner. But above all assistance. Due to a misunderstanding we were unable to take the bus that was supposed to take us to the boat and they sent us a car. I had read that the tour should also have been in Italian but this wasn't the case (maybe there were only a few of us) and to "reimburse me" they offered us a drink (and in any case we understood the explanation in English too). Competitive prices. Advised

Excellent tour! - Excellent tour! This was our highlight in Santorini. They have a lower covered deck and an upper uncovered deck. We skipped the volcano hike but did dive in for the warm springs. The water is quite cold, but warms up a little in the springs. There are washrooms (which were very clean) that can be used to change into/out of your swimsuit (bring a dark towel and the sulfur does stain white towels). The food was very good, and the sunset was excellent. After the sunset, Caesar taught us the traditional Zorba Greek dance and everyone had loads of fun. What a memorable experience! It was our last day in Santorini and a great way to wrap up an amazing trip!

Perfect ending to a day in Greece. - Loved swimming at the warm springs but it did ruin my white bathing suit. Pays to read the notes! Sober was delicious. Be aware that you do pay for all drinks other than wine at dinner.

Fantastic cruise . - The sunset cruise was great . The boat was very smooth & the crew were very friendly ( apart from the girl behind the bar) . The cruise was very smooth. We stopped at the volcano . It’s a steep walk up to the top but the views were breathtaking . You pay €6 to go onto the volcano. We then went onto the warm sulphur springs. The water in the springs section was very warm . Word of warning ,west very old swimwear that you can afford to throw away . The sulphur turns your swimwear brown. Also do not wear any jewellery . Then stopped to have a buffet on the boat before moving off to see the sunset by the volcano which was beautiful. The buffet was surprisingly yummy and filling. And you are given wine or water. It was suppose to be a 5 hour dsy but ended up a 8 hour day.

Perissa Bay Hotel - We stayed in Perissa beach in the Perissa bay hotel. Don’t not be put off as the hotel is just behind a taverna. There is also a beach taverna just across the road which is part of the same. Although the young men touting for customers seem very persistent at first, when they get to know you nothing is too much trouble. Food was good and service brilliant. Room was so clean and just perfect . Sandra the rep was so friendly and helpful.

Interesting - Good day with a fairly easy walk on the volcano, a few swimming stops, a perfectly decent dinner. The only mess is the departure point that the company told us: we were 5 minutes from the old port where the boat passes but we were asked to be in town to take a bus to the port. Result: we lost 1 hour

Nice excursion - Pleasant excursion, visit to the volcano and swimming to do. The boat was not overcrowded (certainly different in peak season) so it was easy to wander around for views and taking photos. The meal was served early and was lukewarm, the 'seasonal fruit' dessert was limited to orange slices and the 'unlimited' drinks are during the meal only, otherwise drinks are to be taken at the bar but the prices remain correct. So excursion to recommend for the views, visiting the volcano (bring closed shoes and 5 euros for the entrance which is not included in the excursion) and the boat trip with the guide but not for the meal.
