Incredible trip - Our tour guide Matt, was fantastic. Learning about these Neolithic structures and then experiencing them in person was truly amazing. The visitor center at Newgrange is excellent. The two Abbeys we visited next were also interesting, especially the high crosses at Monasterboices abbey. It was a great day trip that we will always remember!

We were mainly on this... - We were mainly on this tour to see Newgrange, and while this was the main attraction of the tour, the other stops were well paced and timed. Kevin was a wonderful driver and guide. A nice break from the crowds and the cities!

Ancient East up close and personal with knowledgeable guides to make the history come alive! - The Ancient East comes alive! Beautiful spaces, informative guide, safe ride. The lunch at the visitors center was delicious. Knowth and Newgrange were fascinating and we lucked out with a beautiful partly sunny day. It was a treat since I was unaware we would go into the chamber of Newgrange-magic and eerie. The high crosses’ stories were brought to a new level of understanding through Kevin’s storytelling. TY for a memorable experience!

Would recommend 100% - Kevin was amazing. When one part of the tour didn't last as long, he made an additional stop which we all enjoyed. My family and I were so happy we took this tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Newgrange Epiphany - Excellent tour. Our driver explained everything in detail on our trip aAnd ensured we had plenty of time to see the sights and get a lunch in. He managed us well and the sights were spectacular. Knowth and Newgrange are marvels and the guides there were excellent, providing detailed and informative summaries of each site. Our driver explained everything provided a great explanation of the Battle of the Boyne as well when we passed through the field. Recommend the tour highly.

Great Tour with Some Memorable Highlights - This small-group tour from Dublin to Newgrange and Monasterboice had several wonderful moments. Newgrange was absolutely amazing—standing inside such an ancient site was truly awe-inspiring. The visit to the Cistercian Abbey was quaint and peaceful, offering a nice contrast to the grandeur of Newgrange. Monasterboice and its historic cemetery were also interesting, especially the intricate high crosses. Seeing all the cows along the way added a charming touch to the journey! One of the most eye-opening parts of the trip was visiting the mass grave from the Great Famine, which was a sobering but important reminder of history. Overall, it was a good tour with a mix of history, culture, and countryside views

The stops were great, but... - The stops were great, but this was not a small group tour. The booking description said there would be a maximum of 16 people, but there were 24 people. Also, we left 10 minutes late because a couple people were late. They showed up casually with their breakfasts and coffee, even though the meet up time was 25 minutes earlier. So, anyways if you are wanting an actual small group tour, this is not it.

Tour was rushed - Loved the places we visited, but felt terribly rushed. The tour stated 8 hours which would have been plenty of time but tour ended after 6 hours.
