Girls night out - All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, however Mariola stood out. She was amazing, she took the time to chat with us despite it being really busy and helpful with the menu and everything. A credit to the Team. The food was amazing, be aware the portions are huge! The cocktails excellent!

Great location! Staff friendly - Very central - off the main square near Tivoli gardens. Great food / music / atmosphere / staff as usual. Would recommend due to the location and quality of food

Everything as expected. - You know what you are getting, as its the same as all Hard Rock cafes. The welcome was good, as was the waiter. Plus, when it became clear that our food was being delayed, we were give free chicken wings.

Building good memories - The atmosphere is fab and staff were so much fun just really disappointed at the set menu choices no starter choice only 5 dishes to chose from and I desert as it was a 30th birthday treat it was very limited choice.

Hard Rock Cafe di Copenaghen - Location not comparable to that of London or Paris. It almost looked like a restaurant with video stations. 2 meat dishes 2 cola and a dessert 108 euros. Never again.

Disappointed at Hard Rock - If I had known what this was, I would not have it. I thought it was a group dinner and it was just a reservation for me. I could have done this on my own and would nit have picked such a mediocre restaurant. Other than the location there is nothing special about it. It is noisy, crowded and very mediocre food.. I could have gotten it cheaper with a wider selection booking on my own, if I wanted. I was disappointed. The only bright spot was the kind & helpful staff.

One of the worst hard rock cafes I've ever been to. The menu is much smaller than, for example, London and Oslo…….. - Very small menu compared to other hard rock cafes in Europe, a little slow service and the commog wanted to clear away the food before we were completely finished

Awful customer service from Ismail! - Ordered a starter thar came with the main meal. When we asked for the bill and waived the tip, the waiter completely blanked us! Exceptional rude, and never had the curiosity to say goodbye!

Dry January - Nice piece of live music. Unfortunately, way too much sauce on the spare ribs. Happy hour could better be renamed to dry January, tap suddenly doesn't seem to work anymore and the dull staff just claps their hands... so if you want to listen to music with a dry throat, it is definitely recommended...
