Perfect. - Very good food, we were served by Alessandro, it is a great waiter! We particularly appreciated his kindness, his humor, and especially the fact of bringing a cup of water for our dog! We keep a very good memory of this meal!

Friendly waiter Robert and great burgers - We went for a lunch in Hard Rock Cafe in Vienna. Portions are huge, but very delicious. I would like to point out that there was a great waiter Robert, who was very friendly and polite. He had helped us a lot with our selection for meals and we enjoyed the whole experience because of his extra effort!

Disappointing - Having visited many Hard Rock Cafes in many countries, the service sadly did not meet the level experienced in other outlets. Vienna is packed with restaurants and other eating places and the standard of service in this city is very high. The staff were rushed, maybe lacking experience or just overloaded, and left us too long. When it arrived the food was OK. The venue was also hot & stuffy, insufficient air-con? It won't put us off visiting Hard Rock again, hopefully Hard Rock will take this review as constructive feedback and use to improve their service?

Poor service and awful customer service - Ordering food was very rushed by waitress Maria and our food came out however one persons food was over 10 minutes late arriving they ate on there own. We wasn’t happy about this service so complained to manager. Manager spoke to us and said this is normal service as they wouldn’t like our food to get cold and would rather eat as soon as ready - not eat all together like all restaurant follow. When explained to manager they didn’t like our feedback. Waitress Maria came over to our table asking what the issue was and was quite rude and intimidating, at this point we asked her to leave however didn’t want to and was arguing with us. Once Maria left the table with our half eaten plates she dropped them in front of us and stormed off - such poor service!! After this we just wanted to leave and paid the bill at the main bar, Maria then came over and accused us of stealing a hurricane glass even though we didn’t - shocking customer service!!! Wouldn’t recommend

slow service - “Disappointing experience at Hard Rock Café Vienna. The service was slow, and the food was overpriced for its quality. The atmosphere felt more like a tourist trap than an authentic Hard Rock vibe. Definitely not worth the visit.”
