Chichen Itza - One of the 7 wonder of the world. An experience definitely worth experiencing. The day was long for no reason. I can have dealt without the buffet- which was horrible. And the shops before hand you get no service so I recommend having cash for souvenirs.

What a Steal!!! - We paid under $300 for a family of 4. We were picked up in a van from hotel, taken to a meeting place and from there joined by other groups. We paid the 999 mxn peso tax per person with ladies wearing uniforms of Baktun tours. I recommend getting some type of receipt to show at the bus. We were then led to the bus and went on board this bus to locations in the itinerary. Everything went smoothly. Hector, our tour guide was very fluent in English. He seemed very authentic and knowledgeable. He gave us time to nap and always set expectations. He had an assistant, Efraim. They were selling bottled waters, sunscreen and mosquito spray. If you think this is a money grab, it’s actually not bad, 20 pesos for 500ml water in case you ran out. We brought some for the trip but didn’t bring enough. They’re more expensive at the stops. We paid 330 pesos for drinks at the buffet, they won’t let us bring in the drinks we brought, but I don’t think it’s worth it to get the drink inclusive option if you’re booking with another provider that has the option. It was hot, and humid and uncomfortable but these are not under their control so I’m giving this a high 4.5. My only advice is to reduce the time spent with Chichen Itza guide, an hour is too much imo. Or they could stay with us the entire 2.5 hrs, give us time to take pictures while going around instead of having to go back on our free time. We were so tired that we barely got pictures. It’s well worth the trip though. We were skeptical at first because other tours costs at least 500 dollars more so we were thinking it might be too good to be true. Well, it’s too good and very real. Highly recommended.

Great outing - Excellent! Although it rained for most of our visit, the operators did a great job keeping our group entertained and to each excursion timely. It was a wonderful day.

Valladolid - Would recommend, everything was in order very structured. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Wish could’ve had a little more time at the cenote and at Valladolid. I think our guides name was Carlos with his young coworker

A Journey Through History - Visiting these pyramids was one of the best experiences I had in the Yucatán Peninsula. This tour was fascinating—the guides were very attentive and detailed throughout the trip. We also went to Valladolid, a beautiful city that I want to visit again with more time. During this tour, I saw some of the best places and took incredible photos. The agency deserves a perfect 10 for their excellent service.

Great tour option, but be warned of duration - First off our tour guides throughout the experience were exceptional. We started with the Shaman service, lunch in a local Mayan restaurant ( loads of buffet type local foods and dancers) along with a gift shop. We then proceeded to Chichen Itza, while extremely hot ( we would recommend getting an umbrella), then the Cenote ( this was the more beautiful cenote we visited), Valladolid was beautiful but short lived at a 20 minute visit. This is where i say heed the warning, as advertised the tours are 5 hours approx. But we were (including travelling from Playa Del Carmen) 14 hours round trip. I would suggest a large breakfast before you leave, bring lots of snacks and water etc. We were not aware of this until half way to the first tour

The richness of the Mayan culture was truly impressive - The tour to Chichén Itzá, the cenote, and Valladolid was an amazing experience. From the very beginning, the service was excellent—the guide was friendly, professional, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. Chichén Itzá was truly impressive, and swimming in the cenote was both refreshing and magical. Walking through Valladolid and learning about its history and culture was the perfect way to end the day. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Okay experience - the destinations we went to were amazing. The place not mentioned here is the 1.5 hrs we spent at a restaurant for lunch, that adds to your time. If we talk about the service, very basic. Apparently there was a VIP service from what I saw, but there wasn’t much of a difference. Don’t waste your money. The tour was not 5 hours it was 14 hours, just like every other tour. Don’t plan on having time at your resort. When you’re being left at your hotel, we were left on the main road of our hotel. Lastly, we were asked to not leave a tip, we were asked to leave an “excellent tip”. We felt pressured into leaving one.

Could have been much better - This tour was more about commercialization rather than culture. The activities that were most interesting were at the end of the tour, while the least interesting ones were at the beginning. The first stop at the village could have been eliminated; that was just an excuse to get us to buy stuff. The tour guide was prepping us to spend money before we even got off the bus. While the tour guide said everything in Spanish and English, he spoke very fast and I couldn’t understand him, so I tried to tune him out. He was unnecessarily over the top. His partner also could benefit from better customer service skills. Perhaps, this tour could have been better organized with another tour group and host.
