FRIENDLY STAFF FOOD GREAT AN BEACH CLUB NICE!! - We took the catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres from Cancun and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the trip. The snorkeling part was a bit short, but the spot was nice and the gear was in good shape. Lunch on the island was decent nothing fancy, but enough to enjoy the break. The vibe on the boat was relaxed, with music and an open bar, which made the ride back more fun. All in all, a nice option if you're looking to spend a different kind of day while in Cancun.

An Amazing Catamaran Experience in Isla Mujeres - I really enjoyed this catamaran because they gave me every kind of drink I asked for. Honestly, I wanted to get drunk, and I achieved my goal! The island is small but beautiful. I loved the snorkeling we did and going to Playa Norte on Isla Mujeres—it’s amazing to swim there, and there was no sargassum at all.

Excellente!!! - We had an amazing time! We celebrated my 36th birthday and everything was just perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the start. The snorkeling experience was beautiful, the drinks kept coming, the music created such a fun vibe, and the food was delicious. Thank you to everyone who made this day so special—definitely a birthday to remember!

Experience Best - From the moment we stepped onto the catamaran in Cancún, the service was outstanding. The crew welcomed us with warm smiles and refreshing drinks, always attentive to every detail. Throughout the trip, they made us feel comfortable and well taken care of—explaining the itinerary clearly, helping with snorkeling gear, and serving snacks and cocktails with genuine friendliness. Magnificent vacation - Loved the music on the boat and the drinks never stopped coming Such a fun day The snorkeling was my favorite part of the tour so many colorful fish and corals We spent some time relaxing at the beach club with hammocks and great food Highly recommend this trip

I would like to share my... - I would like to share my experience during this trip to Isla Mujeres. When I arrived at the company responsible for the arrangements, I spoke with the team members in charge of the boat. They informed me that there was no available space for me, as the boat could not accommodate all the participants. I was quite surprised by this. I explained that I had booked my spot two days in advance, and they asked me to wait while they looked for a solution. This situation upset me, and I made it clear that I would not leave until a solution was found. After some time, another person from the same company approached me and assured me that I would be able to join the trip. However, by then, I was already feeling hurt and disappointed. The way I had been treated left me frustrated, and I no longer felt excited about going anywhere—especially after spending two days looking forward to this experience. In the end, we boarded a boat, and while the trip itself was calm, I couldn’t enjoy it. The embarrassment I felt in front of so many people overshadowed the whole experience and left me with a sense of regret. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps the company recognize the importance of treating participants with respect and ensuring a smoother and more organized experience. I truly believe that with better communication and greater attention to detail, future experiences can be more positive and enjoyable for everyone involved.
