AFFORDABLE and AMAZING Experience in Mexico! - Our trip to Mexico was excellent because of them! We stayed in Playa del Carmen but rode 2 different buses, we we're concerned at first because pick-up was supposed to be 6:45am but the bus arrived at our hotel at 7:05am lol. We we're the first ones to get picked up, it took about 1h and 30 mins before we could officially depart as we had to pick up other guests in different hotels from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. The 2-3 hours drive from Playa to Tulum to Cenote Suytun was with Eduardo and Roberto as tour guides. Eduardo was excellent as he translated everything to English and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of! He takes his time to explain multiple times how the tour will work for us as we had to switch buses. There's also unlimited drinks/liquor in the bus! lol as well as free breakfast sandwiches. From Suytun we switched buses for the rest of the tour. Jimmy and Baruc we're our tour guides. We had about 20-30 mins in Cenote Suytun, they also have lockers for your things for $3 USD. We headed to Cooperativa Maya Ixchel y Restaurante Yaxkin in Xocempich, the lunch buffet, it was about a 45-minute drive. The entire time, Jimmy only spoke Spanish, because according to him, there we're only 7 English speaking people in the bus, the rest are Spanish speaking. Other guests we're kind enough and translated for us, Jimmy was talking about the Mayan calendar and baptism etc. The lunch lasted 1-2 hours and includes a Mayan ceremony before buffet lunch. They have a cafe that sells cold drinks and frozen shakes and coffees as well as a gift and souvenir shop that costs hella expensive and branding it "handcrafted by local Mayans who live in the next door village". We started off with a lesson and a demonstration of how the Mayan's work with their healing magic and their energy involving an Obsidian stone. The Mayan ceremony was complicated as the shaman only chose who to volunteer to open and close the ceremony and left the rest of us dealing for ourselves in their gift shop while waiting for the buffet tables to clear. Everything costs very expensive, i paid about $200 USD for 2 bracelets and an obsidian stone and when i think back about it, i think i was scammed. It was then followed by a tour and tasting of their cacao in the shop. And then the buffet lunch. Drinks are not included and cost extra, around $20 USD for 2 people. THE FOOD: I recommend trying the liver tacos!! It is to die for!! Also, watch out for the bees flying around their restrooms. I had to bust out of the toilet stall with my pants down because of bees lol. After lunch we headed to Chichen Itza pyramid, a 15-minute drive. Tip: Make sure not to lose your ticket because it cost extra to buy a new one. Jimmy gives out Umbrellas to those who need it. Once you get in, Jimmy assigns you to your tour guides, all 7 english-speaking tourists we're assigned a separate tour guide. We stayed about 45 minutes. PAY ATTENTION to the time that Jimmy tells you to come back to the bus, as the bus will leave you and you will have to pay for a very expensive taxi to go home. After the pyramid, we headed to Cenote Ik-kil, a 5-10 minute drive. They have an already paid for locker included in your tour to leave your things. It's mandatory to go bare-foot inside the Cenote, be aware it is VERY slippery and has steep stairs. We stayed about 45-minutes. After Ik-kil, we headed to our last stop, a plaza in Valladolid, Parque Principal Francisco Cantón Rosado, a 40-minute drive. The plaza has mexican street snacks and souvenirs which is CASH ONLY. We stayed about 20 minutes. This is also where we switched buses back to Eduardo and Roberto. MAKE SURE to bring all your stuff. The drive from Valladolid back to our hotel took about 4 hours instead of less than 2 hours because we had to stop to Tulum again before Playa del Carmen and drop off almost all the passengers. We were the last ones to be dropped off. In total, the trip lasted from 7:05am to 11:15pm, thats 16+ hours total. We paid about $60 each for this tour. I think that's a very affordable one!!! I would very much 100% recommend getting this tour again to friends and family. BIG SHOUTOUT to Jimmy for accommodating my hangover and making me sit in front of the bus so I don't get car sick! <3

History and Natural Beauty All in One Incredible Day - This tour was unforgettable from start to finish! Visiting Chichén Itzá with a knowledgeable guide made the experience so much richer—learning the history, symbolism, and fascinating details of the Mayan culture while standing before the iconic pyramid was truly awe-inspiring. From there, the day only got better. Swimming at Cenote Suytún was magical—descending into the cave and seeing that beam of light shining down on the platform is a picture-perfect moment you’ll never forget. Afterwards, Cenote Ik Kil was just as breathtaking, with lush vines hanging down into the open cenote and cool, refreshing waters to swim in. The balance of history, culture, and natural beauty made this tour feel so well-rounded and special. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and perfectly paced, so we never felt rushed but still got to experience so much in one day. If you want to see one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and explore some of the most beautiful cenotes in the Yucatán, this guided tour is an absolute must.

Beautiful places, bad experience and deception - The places visited are beautiful, however for one day only much remains. The stops at the cenotes were very fast, while there was a stop at the shop that lasted a long time. They could reduce the time of shop and increase the availability of cenotes. They misled the group by saying that there were many insects and needed biodegradable repellent, a product that "coincidentally" was sold by them. In the end I didn't see a mosquito.

Misleading description as English tour - It’s misleading description as English tour but it’s not — it’s about 80% Spanish with some English mixed in. I was exhausted trying to follow and wanted to leave within the first 10 minutes. English isn’t my first language, and neither is Spanish, so it felt like a waste of time. When I asked questions, the guide smirked and mocked me in Spanish—rude and unnecessary. The destinations were great and I enjoyed the places we visited, but the whole time it felt like I was on the wrong bus.

Terrible - Terrible experience This tour guide is clearly for Spanish speakers and all of us English speakers were forced into the back of the coach by the toilets and the whole tour was delivered in Spanish. We had to resort to using a translator to understand and our only English speaking tour guide only communicated to us when it was time to get off the coach On top of that, this whole tour felt like a scheme to make you spend more (I am okay with spending money but this was too much). An example for context: you get off the coach for buffet and you can order open top drinks (needed during the summer), you are then moved to a store where you are “afforded” 20 minutes to listen to pitches of overpriced products that supposedly are handmade and that’s the rationale as to why many items were 3-5 x the cost of items I have bought. After this, you think it’s time for a buffet but you are moved into another store to taste cocoa with the door locked. Finally after 35-50 minutes you have lunch
