• Cancun - The day begins with the collection of all guests from their hotels or designated meeting points at the scheduled time, starting as early as 6:40 AM. Guests will be informed of their exact pickup time the day before the tour.

Pickup times may vary between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the location.

• Chichen Itza - Experience the wonders of Chichén Itzá, one of the world’s most renowned ancient sites and a UNESCO World Heritage location. Guests will spend 2.5 hours exploring this historic marvel, with a guided tour for the first half, providing an in-depth look into its fascinating history. The remaining time is for capturing stunning photos and admiring the awe-inspiring structures at leisure.

Afterward, the journey continues for about an hour to the tranquil Saamal Cenote.

• Cenote Saamal - Following the exploration of the ancient site, guests will visit the breathtaking Saamal Cenote, known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning natural beauty. After this refreshing stop, an authentic Mayan buffet will be enjoyed. Guests will have a total of 2.5 hours to swim in the cenote and savor the delicious local cuisine.

The journey to this picturesque location will take approximately 1 hour.

• Valladolid - The final stop includes a 30-45-minute tour of the charming city of Valladolid, where guests can enjoy the colonial architecture and vibrant culture.

To conclude the adventure, guests will return to the van and begin the journey back to their hotels, which will take approximately 2 hours.

• Transporting luggage is subject to availability, you must ask if there is availability in your transportation or write it in special requests. You can take the following with you without prior notice: hand luggage, backpacks, personal items. Larger luggage must have prior notice to accommodate it. The extra cost to transport luggage varies depending on dimensions.
• The ages registered at the time of reservation must match those declared at check-in. If it differs, if a passenger is registered as an infant or minor, and due to his age he is already considered an adult, the ticket is updated at check-in and the difference is paid for conversion to a higher ticket.
• Infants can join the group, keep in mind that since their entry is free, they must sit on the lap of their parents/guardians during transportation, and for safety reasons they cannot participate in the activities (given their complexity), must be accompanied by their parents/guardians. Although the staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry it or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
