Awesome Chichen Itza Tour with Ruth Martinez - Amazing experience thanks to our tour guide Ruth Martinez! She was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She thoroughly explained the history of the temples and Mayan culture. Would definitely return for another visit and tour!

Amazing Trip! - It was an amazing trip! I would especially like to thank the staff — they are doing a very demanding job. They pick you up around 8am and stay with you, taking care of everything, until around 10pm. Their dedication and energy throughout the whole day were truly impressive. Our guides Josue, Alessia and Roberto kept us engaged the entire time and made sure we never got bored. They were informative, friendly and always attentive. A special thanks also to our driver — the roads can be challenging, but the journey felt very safe and comfortable. Before the trip, I had read some comments saying the tour tries to sell things to you. Honestly, this wasn’t an issue at all. You are a tourist and it’s completely normal that optional activities or products are offered — and no one pressures you to buy anything. It’s entirely your choice. The food was very good, the buffet had plenty of options, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended. ✨

One of the World Wonders 🌏🌍🌎 - This excursion is an amazing experience. Plan for a long day full of adventures. You’ll get to experience an authentic Mayan healing ceremony followed by a delicious buffet lunch while witnessing some of the locals dancing. On the next stop you’ll have to opportunity to take a dip in one of the local cenotes. The last stop in the excursion it’s a quick stop in Valladolid. Loved the experience!!! 🥰

Excellent guides and well-organized - This was an extremely well-organized tour. Pickup was promptly on time, the guides Eduardo and Alyssa on the bus were knowledgeable, entertaining, and efficient. The on-site English speaking tour guide, Francisco, was an excellent storyteller, knowledgeable about the ruins and the Mayan society (or what we suppose we know of it!), and happy to both answer historical questions and point out great photo ops. The time at the Cenote may have been a little short just to get everyone through the life vest line, but everyone made it back on the bus and we left at a reasonable time. Highly recommend, I would advise everyone to take this tour!

BEST TOUR - This was the best experience. Our tour guide was Jorge (“horhay”) and Alexa. Jorge was so so sweet and gave us a whole history lesson on Mayans and how advanced they were. He was so welcoming and made the trip very memorable for us! The buffet was amazing. Overall great experience. I would really recommend this tour, you will have the best bus ride full of energy and get to see a lot of culture.

Great experience except… - The trip was behind due to complications they couldn’t control. Carlos was very kind and passionate about the tour. Overall, great experience but wish they were clear about the extra service charge

Really good, but Coach lacked leg room. - This was a really good and varied tour. The guide, Jorge, was very good, with just the right amount of humour. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of leg room in the tour coach. I was unable to sit straight because my knees were trying to poke through the seat in front of me. By the time I got back to my hotel in Cancun, I was in a fair bit of pain. The tour was worth it, but I shouldn't have had to endure the discomfort.
