Great Views/Food/Entertainment - Short Staffed and Slightly Pricy - Overall the experience was fantastic. Some of the highlights, I would have to say are the FOOD, Entertainment, Quality of Time and Firework Show at the end of the night. Everything that was served was delicious from the Mexican Street Corn (off the cob) & the summer squash and zucchini (which were all seasoned perfectly); to the verity of meats (pork, salmon, and chicken) which were all flavored just right and nearly cooked to perfection; to the potatoes and the mushroom Alfredo pasta (which complimented the entrees just right). Once the Desserts hit, you were wondering if you could even eat anything else, but those even tasted just right to take care of a sweet tooth. Some things to keep in mind though. The price for the night may not be the best for those who may be more budget conscious. However they do offer quite a bit. The pricing for the dinner and firework show, may alter too depending on the weekend or time of year you may choose to go. Some holidays may be slightly higher priced than other evenings throughout the season. Also, as great as the experience may be over all, the staff may have been slightly understaffed. As the servers, who definitely try to do their best to accommodate everyone's requests and fulfill everyone's drink orders, may not have had the best support with the bar staff (since they seemed to be falling too far behind causing huge delays on the drink orders). I believe they could have used some additional staff to speed up the drink orders distributions. Don't get me wrong, the entire crew was super friendly, polite, and definitely had a strong work ethic (from what I could see) to get things done as quickly as possible. I would still recommend this venture for anyone who's looking to celebrate something special or even have a nice romantic evening out. The DJ was also a joy to listen to since he did have a good sense of humor and knew how to keep the crowd engaged. Hope this helps.

Views, Food and More - This was breathtaking! The food was so good and the customer service was top notch. Shout out to Tish for taking care of us. The icing on the cake was the fireworks and the live singer on the top deck. Please experience this cruise. It’s worth the money.

Super great ride. - Everything was fantastic. The food delicious, the fireworks out of this world, the varied music accommodating everyone, the dancing was fun, the ride itself was soothing, the Chicago sites are beautiful, the employees were gracious and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely do this again. Thank you so very very much.

Mixed Experience. - The location directions on line are misleading. The ship is at the end of Navy Pier as measured from the Taxi Drop off section—not the address. It’s also a really long walk down the pier —keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. You can not just use the ticket on the phone—gotta get a printed ticket from the window—which is a process in itself. Once on the ship the seating process was slow at best. We were told we were on deck 2 but when we showed up they didn’t have us linked together (despite our doing that whole process). We wound up in the very back and had to have them specially set up a table for us. Food was plentiful and good —but slow to refill when things ran out. Sailing and fireworks were great. In all an okay trip but not worth the $200 price tag.

Dinner cruise from He!! - Let start off by saying I’m a find the silver lining in any situation type of person I really don’t like to complain. This date started out bad and got worse thru out the night to point it started to drag on and my date wanted to just get off boat. We bored got seated waiter told us give her a min we waited awhile trying to order appetizers to be informed it’s to late as the boat was pulling away so ok we put in an order for drinks which took longer then the app. Wait while ppl seated next to use got their first and second round of drinks. Finally drinks came shortly after we was told we could head to buffet while in line a big spider lands on my date who is deathly afraid of bugs I keep her calm much as I could. To make it up to the buffet to over heated salmon street corn dry chicken thighs only was able to eat salads. After that we was told we could go top side for games only to find a foosball table with no lighting after walking thru a cloud of bugs which ended up in both our drinks go to sit down because at this point my date is having a panic attack only to sit down on a chair with no less then 5 huge spiders on it in different places at this point she was over the whole date very upset as this was a birthday gift I had to go find a back corner of the boat clean away and inspect for spiders which I discovered was literally everywhere so we sat in this one spot the remainder of trip which seemed like forever this was about when fireworks started one they concluded I asked if she would like to go in to try desert we went in to get desert but our table had been cleared of all flat wear so she sat looking a a piece of cake for bout 30 mins waiting on a fork till she just dint want it put on table next to us and just sat till ride was over I couldn’t do nothing but apologize and we drove from Minnesota for this date night
