Great trip - We had a large group of 16. All Drivers for both trips were fantastic. They were easy to find and spoke great English which made the trips even better we will use them again for sure

It was wonderful!! - We always use Happy Shuttle when flying into CUN. From start to finish our transport was professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and got us from the airport to our destination in Playa del Carmen. Then the gentleman that picked us up, he knew the most English language and he was AMAZING! He talked to us for our whole trip from Playa del Carmen to Cancun International Airport by our choice as we engaged him in conversation. He was kind and professional but still took the time to talk to us. We really appreciated that and enjoyed our time with him. I wish I could remember his name but I have a bad memory.

Very professional, perfect service. - Chosen through TripAdvisor reviews, I don't regret. We were 4 and a bb , perfect welcome to the airport , a private shuttle . Return to the specific time that was scheduled. Efficient service to recommend. 122 euros for 5 , At/R airport-Playe del Carmen.

Great experience! - My wife and I had a great experience with Happy Shuttles. The staff were great from the second we caught up with them ensuring we were aware of our drivers ETA (which was minutes within checking in, since our flight was early) and were very clear with directions and pickup time for our return trip. Our return diver was at our hotel exactly on time and we had a smooth experience. I would use them again and recommend to anyone!

Happy Travelers - Happy Shuttle service is prompt, professional and a delight to work with. One of us forgot our laptop on the shuttle. The driver promptly returned to the airport to deliver it!

Easy breezy experience - Once we exited the airport we found Happy Shuttle rep and he swiftly called our shuttle. Had to wait 7-10 minutes because shuttles can't park at the airport. We had nice cold beers waiting for us and had a safe trip to our hotel. On our trip back to the airport, we got picked up 15 minutes early and had a great experience as well. I would definitely book with them again. Thanks Happy Shuttle Cancun for an easy experience!!
