Amazing transport service. Safe, fun & on time drivers. Price is reasonable - This shuttle provides safe & reliable transport options within the cancun-playa del carmen & tulum regions in mexico. Reasonably priced service. Fun, bilingual drivers who assure safe travel & sometimes become like tourist guides in the region with excellent recommendations. The transport service assures & made sure we were safe by the time we met at the airport & back. Clean, comfortable vans & wheelchair accessible. This is our third trip to Mexico & I will be utilizing their services for our family's future visits

Great transport option - Waited 10 min at airport on arrival, but then taken right to private transport where we were offered water. Picked our departure pick up time at that point too. They were friendly, easy, reliable, and safe.

Excellent service - We used Happy Shuttle for our transfers to/from our hotel near Playa del Carmen from the airport. Everything went as planned with our ride available within a few minutes of our arrival in both directions. Vehicles were immaculately clean. Drivers were friendly. We would use them again when we return to the area.

Highly Recommend - We’ve been using Happy Shuttle for years. Always prompt and professional. David was our driver who brought us back to the airport. He was a wealth of information on the history of Mexico. We’ve never taken a tour but after listening to him, we might next time we come back.
