Friendly, professional, and clean! - The meeting at the airport was easy —easy to find, very friendly, very helpful. (My ONLY complaint is my own fault-but maybe this will help others. DO NOT lose the paper printout that is given to you for the ferry ticket. It is good for your trip back to the airport transfer and if you lose it, you will buy new ferry tickets. This is stated at the bottom in the fine print in one of the emails from Happy Shuttle, but in the chaos of landing, getting luggage, organizing kids and passports, we did not hear how important these papers were.). The drivers were very professional, vehicles spotless and air conditioned. Will use Happy every time we travel back!! And I will be smarter and not let my teenager hold his own ferry ticket.

They Nailed it with us! - We booked Happy Shuttle from Cancun airport to Isla Mujures Ferry. We were a group of 9 traveling from 3 different states to Cancun arriving at different times and then leaving at different times as well. We even had 2 flight changes and a delay in one arrival yet Happy Shuttle got it all correct. It made our transportation so much less stressful as some in our group have limited mobility. They were very responsive every time we corresponded with them. The one unfortunate thing is leaving the ferry back to the airport they failed to mention to one of the men to watch his head and he hit it hard on the trunk causing a gash in his forehead , the driver was very attentive and apologetic with a first aid kit. All said and done it was fine once the bleeding stopped. So my tip...let them load your bags.

Excellent customer service - Seamless roundtrip to/from ferry. Thank you to Juriel for his amazing customer service over the phone when we were having a hiccup with arrival time, he was so gracious and found a solution. Our driver Asbel was really friendly and got us to the airport with plenty time despite the delay hiccup I mentioned. Saved the day! Also, this company is Mexican owned so it's always best to support local.

Round trip to Ferry to Isla - Happy Shuttles Vans were the best I have experienced traveling to Isla Mujeres for over 30 years from the Cancun Airport. They were clean, on time, and had great drivers both ways: Edwardo to the ferry and Abel on the return to the Airport. I will use this service in the future. We started our trip with a great experience, as we had a couple who had never been to Mexico. BUT, there was an " engine noise, maybe steering, maybe transmission which was disturbing and concerning on the Return Trip from the ferry to the Airport . Our Van was #29. Happy Shuttle Cancun: A Stress-Free Start to Our Isla Mujeres Adventure! - My family and I recently used Happy Shuttle Cancun for transportation to Isla Mujeres, and our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Upon arriving at Cancun International Airport, we were immediately greeted by a friendly and easily identifiable Happy Shuttle representative. She efficiently confirmed our booking details, destination (Cancun Ferry Terminal), and clearly explained when and where we were to meet upon pickup to return to the airport at the end of our trip (even advising when we should board the ferry to be at the meeting spot in time). She then gave us our pre-printed round-trip ferry tickets, just in time for the driver to pull up. The driver was equally pleasant, providing helpful tips for navigating Isla Mujeres. The transfer itself was smooth and comfortable. We did encounter a minor issue with our daughter's ferry ticket-she exceeded the height requirement for a child's ticket (this was not Happy Shuttle's fault). Upon presenting it when boarding the ferry, we were told she needed an adult ticket as she was over the height limit for a child ticket. We went inside to pay the difference for the proper fare and were advised that all of our passes were only valid for 1 way. Once we got to our hotel, I emailed Happy Shuttle about my concerns and within an hour I got a response reassuring us that our passes were indeed good for a round trip and that they would refund me for the original child ticket that I had ordered with them. Their customer service was exemplary and this quick resolution was greatly appreciated. The overall service was seamless, the communication was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The smooth transfer made our arrival in Mexico incredibly stress-free. We highly recommend Happy Shuttle Cancun and will definitely use them again on our next trip!

Happy Shuttle makes you happy! - Happy Shuttle was perfect. They were organized and on-time. I don’t think I could have asked for a better, more efficient set-up. When we arrived, they took all of our info for round-trip so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They said they’d show up on our way back, and they did! Right on time! There was an accident near the entrance to the airport which slowed everything down, but our driver went around it all! Will use again whenever we return to Cancun/Isla Mujeres.

First time user of their services. With the way they treated us, we will use them again in the future. - This is my review after our trip and the use of their services. My first positive impression was when I reached out to them on a weekend around 10:00 PM (website said they were open) and I was responded to instantly by a human. Wow. Communication was very good, above my expectations, and if you’ve ever had to deal with people that speak different languages, you know what I mean. They were easy to find directly out front and they showed us where to go to get on our private shuttle. Yes, private shuttle. That surprised me, but that’s how they operate. They don’t add you to a group and then have extra stops that you didn’t plan on. The staff was very friendly and acted as if they really enjoyed working for their company. They even commented about how the company actually cares about all of the employees. In the end, they don’t want to be the largest transfer company out there, just do a good job each and every time they provide a transfer.

Great experience. Diego- GO LIONS, BOOO Stealers! - VERY happy with the experience. We go to Isla twice a year and have used several companies. This was a flawless experience both going to and coming back from the ferry. Diego was absolutely fantastic and a fun guy to chat with and ( lo siento!! i forgot the return driver's name) the driver on the way back was great, too. Other than a slight 10 minute wait at the airport for our driver to arrive the trip went flawlessly.
