Exploring Chichen Itza with new friends!!! - My husband and I met some friend on our flight to Cancun, and we decided to do this Chichen Itza tour together. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The tour included two cenotes and lunch, making it a full and exciting day. Cenote Suytun was absolutely stunning, it felt like stepping into another world. Our guide Isidro had a way of keeping things smooth and entertaining the whole time. Just a tip: Bring some cash for life jackets and maube a snack of two. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

The best Chichen Itza option with two Cenote!!! - Chichen Itza is fantastic by itself, now, add two cenote to the equation... boom!!! Israel made the day smooth and enjoyable with his expert guidance and engaging history lessons. Even as some of the few English speakers, we felt completely included thanks to his personal touches. The drinks, buffet food and fun surprises like a tequila shot made this excursion special. I'd definitely join another tour with this team!

Astonishing Mayan Experience!!! - Our third day in Cancun was dedicated to this activity. This tour was very affordable, considering that it included everything except the drinks. It's really astonishing to be standing in a place so full of that ancient energy. In this kind of activity, there is a lot to learn. Carlos is a very nice person, he was attentive all the time. They use two guides, one during the trip and another inside Chichen Itza. The food and Cenote were good. Overall, it's a good choice to visit these ruins.

Chichen Itza Tour - Was a very fun tour, tour guides were funny and entertaining. However, tour was long so be prepared for that. That was fine for me and my dad, but may not be for everyone.

Mayan Gods made a romance!!! - It seems that Mayan Gods gave me some good luck, in my way back from the first activity I took with Tourballoon, I met a very nice person, my first tour was a solo adventure, we didn't feel the time passing so we got to know each other so much that she wanted me to visit Chichen Itza with her. As crazy as it sounds but it's true. So, I must celebrate and congratulate the guys of the agency, our amazing and friendly guide Hugo. It was like a magic day. We enjoyed twice each of the places, the food, the cenote and the shaman. Thank you Chichen Itza!

This tour exceeded my expectations! - Traveling alone is a bigger challenge. I'm from L.A. and planned my escapade to Cancun the last year. I wanted with all my might for my vacation date to arrive. This was my second tour done with Tourballoon Travel. They have the best archaeological activity packages, I highly recommend all the destinations. I didn't have enough time but I would have liked to visit many more places. Tulum, Coba and the Cenote exceeded my expectations. The guides are always the "superstars" of the tour. I loved how Hugo kept us attentive to his stories and jokes the entire way. All tours are "all-inclusive" so there's not much to worry about. Don't forget to take lots of photos, the settings are wonderful!!!

It is a VERY long day.... - It is a VERY long day. Pick up at 6.15am, did not get dropped off until 10.50pm (despite an ETA of 8.30-9pm). I was the only person on the trip who spoke English, despite booking what I assumed to be an English tour. The guide was not as confident in his English. Some information was missed for me, particularly about Chichen Itza. Two denotes was too many. Valladolid and Chichen Itza highlights.

Maybe choose a different tour - The sites we visited were awesome. But the service provided left a lot to be desired. Everything felt rushed (except for the time at the shopping store). The trip to the mayan town was nothing but a way to get you to buy overpriced artifacts. The drink package in my opinion was not worth it as we still had to buy drinks at the buffet (which were also very expensive). The time we spent at vallalodid was very rushed, and could have been skipped. At the cenote, we got at most an hour and a half to eat and swim. But we sure got more time at the shopping store. We got to Chichen Itza and we were not able to explore all of it bc it was about to close. I would probably choose a different tour next time.
