Our best experience in Mexico!!! - We arrived in Playa del Carmen eager to experience new things and do so in an adventurous way. As someone mentioned in the reviews, "The most beautiful places are in the Yucatan". This full-day trip didn't disappoint. Chichen Itza is magical, mystical and truly, without a guide, you'll have no idea what happened there. We had the best guide "Miguel". We were amazed by many things you don't see in videos or documentaries about the Mayans. In the cenote, we saw colorful fish with a snorkeling mask. The man-made architecture blended with the hand of nature makes this a truly wonderful place. Despite it being a peak season, each site is very well organized to avoid overcrowding. By the way, taxes and fees are already included!

Chichen Itza all-inclusive, truly, everything! - We finally fulfilled our dream of experiencing a full day trip to see the Mayan city of Chichen Itza and other incredible places in the Yucatan such as the Xcayum natural pool and the city of Valadolid. Our guide David, the host, the driver and the customer service team deserve a 10/10. Everything is very well organized and you get exactly what you pay for. The Mexican lunch, the Mayan dancers, an authentic shaman and men in owl, jaguar and eagle costumes in the mayan style make this experience truly special. Tip: Arrange your dinner for when you're back (if you're staying in a hotel) because the restaurant might no longer be open by then. Overall, a great tour!

A Fantastic Trip to Chichen Itza for Solo Travelers! - I'm the classic blogger-backpacker. I usually share my adventures on my blog and Instagram and this is one of them. Chichen Itza and the Ikkil cenote on a full day trip are amazing. I noticed that many other tours are somewhat misleading. I liked this one since it includes everything (fees and taxes). Perhaps the only extras were the life jacket rental and some tips. There was no availability for my planned day. But I was front and center for the departure the next morning. It's important to mention that I admire the great effort the whole team makes to keep you entertained and make you feel cared during the 12-hour trip. Lilly is my hero! I learned so much from her as a guide and her sensational stories. I wasn't expecting the Mayan shaman's blessing, it was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

Flawless experience for our wedding group trip! - We really put this company to the test... Thirty two of us booked their private all inclusive Chichen Itza Tour as part of our best friends' wedding trip. From mthe very beginning, their team showed they know exactly how to handle large groups. One bus, one guide, one driver... and somehow everything flowed perfectly. Chichen Itza was amazing and having the zinote (sinkhole) area to ourselves felt unreal. We had no idea Yucatan runs one hour behind, so we did get a little mixed up, but the staff kept everything on track. The highlight was our totally impromptu diving contest at the cenote. Miguel our guide, jumped in as the judge and made the whole thing even more fun. It's a full 12 hour day and includes all entrance fees and taxes. Since it's private you get more flexibility and time at each stop, which made a huge difference for a group our size. 100% recommended!

CHICHEN IT'S A... great tour!!! - One of my biggest wishes was to visit the famous ancient city of Chichen Itza. We travelled from the UK and everything we have seen in Cancun and the Yucatan has been absolutely fascinating. We booked the double package with Tourballoon. It's a full day tour, but well worth it. Tip: Watchout for other agencies here, they seem misleading regarding Chichen Itza fees, this tour includes it all in a single price. The sinkhole ceenote we visited was beautiful and not too busy. Lilly (our guide) was an angel and both our driver and host were wonderfully attentive too. We had drinks available throughout the day on the bus and the Mexican food was genuinely "yummy"! Even though we were far from home and our hotel, we felt completely safe as the team stayed in touch with us all the time, which was truly appreciated. Five stars our of a million. Thank you very much!

Perfectly organized! - We booked this tour two months in advance. We scheduled it for these dates because we know it's not as hot in Cancun anymore. The cost is All-Inclusive for a full-day activity. The agency treated us very well, from the pickup to the drop off. The tour is very well planned; honestly, I recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Chichen Itza with their family. It's comfortable and accessible and it includes a not so crowded cenote called "Xcajum". The Food was delicious, the flavors were new to us. We'll look for the recipes online. Lilly our tour guide took care of everyone on the trip in the best way possible, she has an extensive knowledge of Mayan culture and does her magic speech in English and Spanish.

Fantastic Chichen Itza & Cenote - Great trip, wouldn’t come to Cancun and miss the Mayan wonder! However, trip was operated by a different company, “Baktun” and so perhaps other travellers should check them out directly. All taxes etc was good, didn’t need to pay additional fees; communication for pick up was great. Deluxe is not value for money, skip it. The biggest negative was the Mayan “village” it’s not, it’s a place the tour operator brings its coaches, has a store to sell tourists the usual souvenirs, and an add on chocolate room, read that as “another upsell room”. Too much time was spent here for what was a pretty poor lunch. For a long day it was something they could skip or strip down but would guess there is link between the tour operator Baktun and the owners of the “village” it was too Disney for me. That being said, the main event of chichen itza was perfect; guide was great, timing there was good. Cenote was also idyllic.

Chitzen Itza and Cenote were wonderful! - The trip felt rushed at the stops and the bus ride was way too long! We spent 14.5 hours away from our resort. The tour guide was learning English and it was her first day doing both English and Spanish. Kudos to her, but.she needs to remember to do the English version after the Spanish and slow down. Also, more background and explanation of what is being visited would have made it more enjoyable overall. It was nice, but the value for what we paid in USD wasn't there.

Dire. - They did not flexibilize when proposing to meet in the box office, since I was staying in the village of ruins, Anna Vega's attention was arrogant and unpleasant, questioning if I had read the regulations of the activity, but nowhere says that they cannot meet at the entrance of the historic site. I couldn't access refund either, a real waste of money, time and energy.
