Great ride - Transportation was excellent. Our driver was very attentive. He played music that we liked and listened to me speak what little Spanish that I knew and didn’t judge. I would definitely take this service again.

Shuttle was on time - We recently used Happy Shuttle for getting from the airport to the hotel and vice-versa. The shuttle was on time and the driver was professional and courteous. We will use them again next time when we visit Cancun.

Our go to transportation service - I’ve used happy shuttle every time I’ve gone to Cancun and it has been a great experience every time and we go to Cancun twice a year. I’m looking forward to getting picked up from them again on our next trip. Ayala was our drive from the airport and I think jose was our driver to the airport kinda hard to remember cause we had so much fun lol but both were great and professional.

Amazing!! - My friends and I used Happy Shuttle for our round trip transportation in September 2025. They provided all the instructions in their email with how to find them and where they would be located when landed. It was very easy to find them. Once we did it only took maybe 5 minutes for them to get us a shuttle and be on our way to the hotel. The driver was very friendly and gave us all the tips for staying in Cancun. On our way back to the airport the driver was there right on time. Got us back to the airport in under 25 minutes and was very nice. Everything was perfect. I wouldn’t ask for a better shuttle service. Would highly recommend! And the prices are great compared to others.
