Great service !!! - Everything was taken care of. The drive from the Cancun airport to the port to catch the ferry to Island, Mujeres, and the tickets for the ferry. Round-trip! The only thing we had to do was to grab a cab once we got to Isla Mujeres. No big deal, there are plenty at the port. He stayed near the South Shore, which is the furthest point from the port in Isla Mujeres. That can ride was about 150 pesos, or about eight dollars. Just confirm the fee with your driver before you jump in and close the door.

Wonderful. Prompt, friendly and courteous. - I would like to commend Luis Alberto for his kindness, courtesy and promptness. We took a shuttle to the airport on January 31. He made the trip very pleasant.

Top notch - Excellent service. Was able to change my arrival time several times as we had several flights cancelled. Then, when we finally made it, our driver Enrique was wonderful. His vehicle was very comfortable and he was personable and informative. Couldn't have been easier.

Pick up and drop off - Great experience on time and very professional. We didn’t have to wait and we were able to identify the workers right away .

Great shuttle service! - My husband and I used Happy Shuttle for the second time going from Cancun Airport to Porto Juarez and it was great! They were pretty efficient at the airport and we didn’t have to wait too long for the shuttle. Our driver Mario G was friendly and spoke good English, so the trip felt short!

Thank you Señor L Pool❤️ - On the way to the ferry Jaime was great! When we had to leave Isla Mujeres Señor L. Pool took us to the airport.He was wonderful! We talked and he gave us so much information about Cancun and Mayan traditions!!!--we learned so much! We appreciate the conversation and really enjoyed the trip so much! Muchas gracias!

Ok but needs more flexibility - Communication was good and we were able to find coordinator by green shirt once out of airport. Driver did not speak much and not sure spoke much English but got us to ferry. Reason I docked a couple stars was for return they made us be at the ferry terminal 3 1/2 hours before our flight which meant 3 hours stuck at Cancun airport, which has insanely expensive and not good food & beverage options. They should not force people to be picked up so far in advance. If I’m paying that much I should get to choose. Also messed up my confirmation for return trip but worked it out.

Stressful return journey - My outbound journey was perfect. Arrived, found the team and waited a few minutes for my driver. My driver was really lovely, friendly and we had a lovely chat on our journey. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience on my return from the ferry port to Cancun airport. I managed to catch an early ferry, so arrived at 13:00 for my 14:00, confirmed collection. During this time I saw two other couples collected by happy shuttle. A gentleman turned up with a board, with the couples names on it, so that is what I then waited for, for my 14:00 pick up. 14:00 came and went, by 14:20, I was starting to worry. I received a drop call from an unknown number, couldn't get hold of anyone, so used wifi to message my friend who I visited on isla. She called the company and at 14:30, a man turned up, said my name, had no uniform on, nor a board with my name on. Happy shuttle said to give 10min grace, when it was already 14:20. They classed it as a no show, even though I waited in the correct area. Happy shuttle then said the driver came to collect me on time but no one was there. I was there, and had even arrived early and saw other happy shuttle customers get picked up. When I spoke to my friend on isla, she said what actually happened was that the driver was turned away from the ferry port parking lot. So Happy shuttle were deceitful. if only my return journey was as smooth as the outbound journey, as I would have given 5 stars, but sadly, this is not possible, such a shame.

Bad start - Our flight arrived one hour early and since they are not tracking your flight (?) to match the pick up they were not there when we arrived. I got hold of the company after waiting for 30 minutes throught whatsapp and they were first surprised that we where there and then changed their mind and said the pick up was already there. After an additional long wait, the time for our original arrival well passed, we found Happy shuttle personell with two signs with names of other people and he could not find us on his list. I showed him the booking confirmation and then I got 2 ferry tickets and we got a ride in a shuttle I’m not sure were the companys. Not a good start of the holiday.

Craving for tips - Very disappointed this time . I waited for more than 20 minutes for the taxi to pick me up. The driver was supposed to drive me to Puerto Juarez but I asked the man at the airport could the driver take me a lil bit further away , literally a 30 m further to the first street on the right . He called the owner to confirm that and he said no problem but when I was in a taxi vehicle the driver started playing games , all in order to get a tip. He told me , I quote “ I will help you if you help me “ I found this very rude and pathetic. So this time he didn’t get any tip and I walked that 30 m more to my apartment. It’s sad how some people crave for tips not knowing that they will get it just being kind and human .
