FULL Day tour - The whole day was fantastic, Marius kept two adults and 2 teenagers engaged. Very informative and highly recommended, it was great to be shown around museums and palaces with a guide to explain what you are looking at and provide context. Enjoyed the whole day and got far more out of our short visit than attempting to do it independently.

Fun first day in bucharest - Enjoyed a fun day with Andrei, who was funny and an excellent driver. The village museum was good, but the houses aren't opened yet. Still a good way to start the morning. Snagov monastery was beautiful. 3 real friendly dogs were there too which brightened my visit. Mogosoaia was pretty. Palace of Parliament was very interesting. The local guide was funny and kept the group in stitches.

Best tour in Bucharest - Perfect tour for seeing the city with an amazing guide who’s a wealth of information. If you love to learn about history & not just look at it, then this tour is for you. Our guide Bogdan “Boki” taught us so much about Romania’s history, it was extremely fascinating, he’s also a great photographer & very positive. He showed us a lot of little hidden gems that you’d never find on your own. So glad I took this tour plus I’m glad we asked for his recommendation for lunch as it was amazing local food. Day was amazing with lots of positive energy & I would recommend everyone in Bucharest take this tour. The entire tour company (one excellence tours) is the best I’ve ever experienced in Europe to be honest. I’d come back & do them all again.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service from Pavel - We recently took the "Bucharest: City Tour with Mogosoaia and Snagov Monastery" and were extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by our guide, Pavel. Firstly, Pavel brought along another person for the trip, claiming he was under training. This person seemed more interested in chatting with Pavel than in learning or assisting with the tour. Throughout the trip, both of them were engrossed in their conversations, leaving us without the informative and engaging experience we had expected. When we arrived at the Parliament, we discovered it was closed for the day. We requested that Pavel show us another site instead, but he refused. The tour advertised hotel pickup and drop-off, but because we booked through GetYourGuide, the tour company refused to provide hotel pickup. Pavel promised to drop us at a bus stop 2 km from the drop-off point after the tour. However, he later refused, saying his boss had told him not to. He seemed to be in a hurry throughout the tour, driving very fast within the city, which made it difficult for us to properly see and appreciate the sights. Additionally, Pavel left behind a customer in the morning because she was slightly late, showing no patience or understanding. The tour ended abruptly by 3 pm. We requested that Pavel show us something else since the tour ended so quickly, but he bluntly refused. Overall, this was the worst experience we've had on a guided tour. Pavel's lack of professionalism, impatience, and disregard for his guests made for a horrible experience. We do not recommend this tour.
