Penguins and milkyway - The whole trip was so much fun, and the ride was comfortable. Penguins were incredibly cute, especially when they were coming out of the sea. The weather was great, and we even saw the Milky Way, which made the whole scene breathtaking. It was such a memorable night!
A huge part of that enjoyment came from Robbot, who played a pivotal role in making everyone feel at ease. His knack for blending music, humor, and engaging stories created a lively atmosphere that kept spirits high throughout the journey. Robbot's caring nature shone through as he interacted with passengers, ensuring that everyone felt included and entertained. His ability to tell fun histories added an educational twist to the trip, making it not just enjoyable but also enriching. It’s no surprise that he spent so many years as a school teacher!

Wonderful Tour - Very satisfying tour of Brighton Beach and eventually the Penguin Parade. The Sanctuary is privately run, so most of the animals are quite domesticated. The birds are particularly interesting, as well as the dingoes.

Penguins Galore - Loved our tour! Our tour kind was very kind and putting the time we should be back on the bus was very helpful for staying organized!
Didn't realize that we could book different viewing platforms with this tour (others had purchased penguin plus or underground viewing) - if there was a way to highlight that would be perfect as we would have preferred to have purchased the penguin plus tickets. Would also have loved to get an extra half hour at Moonlit sanctuary, we were not able to see the whole zoo when we did the koala experience as that took up a decent chunk of the allocated time.
For penguin experience recommend folks pack a jumper as the beach of the penguin parade can be windy!

Would recommend 10/10 - Very very great tour! I really enjoyed it. Micheal was a great guide with perfect energy and nice facts to keep you well entertained. Would definitely recommend 10/10
Can also recommend the koala encounter at moonlit sanctuary, victor (the koala) seemed to thoroughly enjoy himself with backrubs an eucalyptus

Great day trip from Melbourne to see wildlife! - We had a great day trip with Go West. The tour guide (Sherif) was very fun and entertaining, and he chatted to us all day. We saw Brighton Beach (and the boxes), the wildlife sanctuary, and Philip Island. The tour guide also gave us tips on the best viewing points, and made the whole day fun. Highly recommend this tour.

fabulous day, greatly recommend - A WONDERFUL day!! Woody was a super driver/host, very attentive and entertaining. it was a long drive but we stopped off a few times, had fun on a couple of beaches, the wildlife sanctuary was interesting, had photos taken with koala, and saw some wonderful native animals and birds. The Penguin Parade was such fun!! Woody made this great trip a marvelous experience for us all.

A most amazing wildlife sight - We were enthralled by the sight of hundreds of penguins coming out of the surf and making their way to their nests. At first it was had to see them but you notice a few dozen shapes out at the water's edge and then they start walking in. It was so entertaining to see them stop right in front of the stands we were seating in and preen themselves. We were disappointed that there are no photos or video allowed because of the chance someone uses their flash.
It was one of the best experiences of our trip to Australia.

Fun & informative day! - Robbo was such a fun & informative guide! We had the best day & learnt so much about Melbourne, the animals & the penguins!! Would definitely recommend! It’s a long day but so worth it!
