Wonderful time with Neha! - We had so much fun, the food was delicious, and really the experience was unforgettable — easily a highlight of our trip to Europe. Neha was super helpful and fun and we learned so much!

Fun with family and friends - Maria was very welcoming and created a relaxed, fun, easy interactive experience that was enjoyable for everyone. No cooking skills needed. ! Everyone got to work at their own pace and participate as much as they wanted to. And the shared meal was a really pleasurable experience- not to mention tasty wines to try!

WONDERFUL and Luca was the BESTT - Luca was so polite and amazing! Our group was made up of 5 groups that didn't know each other and by the end we were sharing tips of our trips and our backgrounds ..it was friendly and Luca made it that way. Very clean and very well explained in English (he kept apologizing but it was just fine and certainly better than my italian!! We had a couple fromy Mexico, from Holland; from Germany and then a couple from Kentucky, USA and our family (our daughter studying in Bologna and the two of us visiting from Florida USA) ... The area was cleaned well set up in advance! We washed up had some prosecco went to our stations to make our pasta with the promise of eating our own cooking! Delicious!

Great pasta making experience - Pleasant reception with a drink and acquaintance. Afterwards I started with the lesson where we made tiramisu and two kinds of pasta. In between we were also offered a drink and afterwards we could eat what we had made ourselves, delicious!

Eddie made the day so fun! - Eddie, Stephen and Joseph taught how to make tiramisu, and tortellini. It was super fun, with Prosecco to start us off. We all got a chance to whip the various ingredients in the tiramisu and then we all mixed our own pasta dough and pressed out two different types of pasta including long noodles and filled pasta. They then cooked it for us and served it up. Best meal we had in Bologna! Eddie made the event very fun. He sang, told jokes and instructed us wonderfully. You can tell He is an awesome chef!

Deliver what you say - The cooking class itself was enjoyable – the instructor was knowledgeable and the food we prepared was delicious. However, there were a few letdowns that impacted the experience. We didn’t end up eating until 9:30pm, which was far too late, especially for a class that started at 6pm. We were also told there would be plenty of wine for everyone, but unfortunately, the wine never arrived. Additionally, we were supposed to make a cocktail as part of the experience, but that part of the evening was skipped altogether without explanation. Consequently the class itinerary has changed which was done after booked and paid for. Overall, while the cooking portion was great, the lack of follow-through on what was promised left us disappointed.

Great experience, okay food - The experience as great. Neha was a great instructor and was really fun to be around. We made tiramisu and pasta, which were then cooked by the restaurant chefs. I think it was a bit overcooked, and I also think I wasn't eating the same pasta I made, but that's something the establishment can easily improve upon. I recommend this activity.

Tourist trap - Not at all what you expect from it!! We had already had a workshop at another location on another day and it was great but this made no sense. In a dirty basement where the leftovers of the patio chairs are on one side and then the tables on the other side where you then got your cooking workshop in a still different room. On patio tables that were way too low, so your back really hurt after a while. We had invited customers for this and the Max number of people was 10 but it turned out that they had added 2 more people for their profit. Very strange - a couple who, like us, didn't understand why the organization does this like this? The young INDIAN guy did his best but came across as quite compelling and did not have good control over the whole thing so everything was rammed through and we ourselves sometimes had to ask for drinks. Washing your hands before cooking also had to be done in a dirty toilet so you didn’t feel like doing it anymore. The cooking itself was really not charming. We were lucky enough to have a group of people with a high relativism. The pasta was undercooked and the sauce that was served with it could come straight out of a jar. The ravioli was also too salty. So - this is definitely not recommended.

Very disappointing - We took a train from Florence to this class in Bologna. We were alerted that the class would be delayed 30 minutes. Showed up, and then nothing! Then another call to say the Chef called in sick and our 1:30 class (then 2:00pm) class was canceled and we were asked to consider 6:00pm class but we needed to also get the train back to Flornence and could not change. So we spent money on a round trip train from Florence to Bologna for nothing. That's an expense we did not need to have and we are out that money. Do we get compensated for the trip to the class that never happened? Train ticket (round trip) was 53.80 Euros.
