• The Great Wall at Badaling - The pick-up time is 09:30 in the morning. The bus ride takes approximately 2 hours to reach the Wall. You can choose to hike or take the optional cable car. You will spend 4 hours on the wall, and the bus ride back will also take about 2 hours.

Badaling Great Wall is the best-preserved section of the Ming Great Wall and is the most representative part. It serves as the outpost of Juyong Pass, a significant pass of the Great Wall, standing at an altitude of 1015 meters above sea level. Historically, it has been said that “the view of the Juyong Pass from Badaling is like building an overhang or peeping into a well” and “the danger of the Juyong Pass is not in the pass city, but in the Badaling.”

• The Badaling Great Wall is quite faraway from the citycenter, the transfer need probably 1.5 hrs to reach the wall and another 1.5 hrs to get back, so including the pick-up and drop-off, totally will take you around 7-8hrs.
