Absolutely fantastic experience, pretty quiet section of the wall. - The booking included transport to and from the wall, approx 5.5hrs of time at the wall. Would recommend walking both “sides” of the wall from the point from which you the enter.
There are stalls inside many of the watchtowers, selling snacks, drinks and souvenirs.
There are lots of shops/ cafes near the wall so you can get a late lunch after you’ve finished at the wall itself.
We struggled to find the pickup location in Beijing, it is INSIDE the bus terminal building, NOT OUTSIDE.
The bus journey is approx 2hrs each way, if there are no traffic or security stops.
Would recommend.
