The cooking class was... - The cooking class was good fun . Great information and lovely ingredient's. We made the tiramisu as a group then worked alone for the pasta making. The hosts were friendly and funny but passionate and expressive. Some translations were awkward between the chef and translator but that is for them to resolve. We had Prosecco during the break from the preparation . Then was given wines / drinks with our meal. We made two types of pasta . It was a great experience 😊

An excellent choice and... - An excellent option and especially on those rainy days. During the class we prepared two types of pasta and a delicious tiramisu, all guided by a chef who explained each step clearly. It also includes a translator for whom we do not speak Italian. I recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys gastronomy and even if they don’t have much experience in cooking.

Fun, informative, and delicious! - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this playful, interactive, and educational cooking class. It was very hands-on, and everyone got to participate equally. The instructor was charming and focused. And we enjoyed the fruits of our labor with two delicious servings of pasta and a lovely tiramisu. Very recommended!

Rolling dough and making orecchiette "hats" - Our guide was very nice with good English and was lovely to talk to. . Our Nonna spoke no English but he translated for us and it was really fun to make Orecchiette and Focaccia bread from scratch. Beware the olives have "stones" in them and you will break your teeth. I was not warned. I attended with a couple from Canada. Nice experience.

It was a nice evening - I was a bit disappointed with the course, because as someone else wrote, there were just basics. We got a good recipe for pasta dough, the pasta was too thick for me, but I know that you can also make the pasta thinner. So it was actually just a beginner course. Anyone expecting something demanding will surely be disappointed. The Mood and atmosphere was definitely good and we had nice people in class and it was also a very nice evening. The sauces were made by the house and were nothing special in my eyes. The course was over even after two and a half hours. The tiramisu was good.
