Lovely day in the park - Great way to spend a morning in Acadia park. Check in was easy. They gave us good directions to the park entrance which is very close, and also had backpacks for us to bring picnic. The fat tire bikes were really nice in the gravel carriage paths. It makes the bike really stable. The pedal assist allows you to go 20 or more miles and never break a sweat.

Must for Acadia National Park - Bikes were in good shape and easy to ride. Heavy with big tires, battery lasted a long time even when using max power. Rode for four hours through the national park probably a good 25 miles +. Absolutely stunning! Highly recommend

Fantastic Experience - We had an excellent experience with Maine State E-Bike Rentals. Their customer service and support staff were super helpful. Several phone calls with Maria answered all of our questions and helped set us up for a perfect day. Iz and Piper gave us a thorough tutorial, orientation and recommended routes. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. The e-bikes were awesome and provided an amazing way to experience the quiet beauty of Acadia.

Almost perfect - Awesome experience. Very helpful crew, especially the girl giving the orientation. The only negative was that because we booked through a third party we didn’t get the memo to show up early. Got there at 9:02 and had to wait for the next orientation at 9:30. Still got our full time, just started later.

Book directly with store since Viator charged $35 more per person - Great experience with the bike and company but Viator charged $35 more than what the store charges. Rip off don’t use Viator but just call the store for their price
