Number Juan!! - Juan is #1!!!! Best tour guides and drivers! After the maze of the port staff was right there to great use with a beer and water! We get into an air conditioned van and take off! Staff ensured we arrived at port on time for our cruise btw! Juan and other staff were extremely sweet and feed us amazing tequila reposado from a local distillery :). The beer was okay and wise there was more of it! The food at the end was AMAZING! Don’t be scared to order more on your own dime. All around 10 out of 10!!! Thank you Juan 😁😁👌💯🔥🇮🇹

Ruins/lagoon combo- ok it today - Do not worry about booking this through a third-party they will ensure that you make it to your ship on time. Navigating through the port is a pain and chaotic, but basically just stay to the right and you’ll eventually start seeing signs for the exit. Julio was our driver and Juan was our tour guide.
The entire experience was amazing from the ruins to the lagoon to lunch. It was all worth the price. Please make sure you bring cash for tipping as Juan loves his job and is great at it. He gave us Mayan history on the way to the ruins, served us fruit and drinks in the lagoon and took our order and served our lunch. We never felt rushed and were updated constantly on our itinerary and we were even back 15 minutes prior to what he promised and still 45 minutes before all aboard time.

Chacchoben and Bacalar - Tour guides were informative and worked hard to get us to the site before any other tours arrived so we had time to view the Mayan temple's without anyone else there. Brought us fresh pineapple, mangoes, tequila and sodas. Made sure we had everything we needed and that the day was special. It was not a private excursion as I thought after watching a YouTube review of the experience, but was a small group so did not feel overcrowded. Bacalar was beautiful and the lunch was great! Our guides took the time to take photos of all of us and gave us plenty of time to enjoy and take everything in.

Top notch service and unforgettable day. - Chat Ek and our tour guide Juan were top notch. They were waiting outside the port with signs with our names on it making it very convenient to find. The transportation was very nice and comfortable. They provided beer, water, soda, cookies, chips and snacks as we traveled to the ruins and lagoon. There was lots of drinks and snacks so we never ran out. Juan was an amazing local tour guide who is so passionate, knowledgeable and kind. He aims to please the guest from start to finish. He makes sure everyone is having a blast. He saved the best for last as the lagoon is breathtaking. As we played in the water Juan took pictures, served delicious fresh fruit and made sure we had all the drinks we needed. After the lagoon they provided delicious tacos from a local restaurant. You won't find a better host and guide than Juan Corona. I would highly recommend this company as they aim to provide you an unforgettable experience and provide everything along the way. Thank you to Chak Ek and Juan for making our time in Costa Maya one for the books

Best excursion ever - Best of excursion we did on our cruise. Leo n Chuck were awesome. Enjoyed everything we did. Pontoon boat ride was so much fun n being able to swim. Oh n pineapple was the best I ever had. Thank you so very much.

Don’t miss out on this experience. - The Chaccoben ruins were incredible. Our guide, Leo, was knowledgeable, kind, funny & patient with our group of 4. He explained every step of the tour, answered all our questions. Baccalar was beautiful beyond words. Leo, our driver, Chak, our boat captain and all the lovely people we met along the way made our day memorable. Highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour! - Leo is probably the best tour guide I’ve had on any tour I’ve taken. Our boat driver was excellent as well. Not enough people signed up for our tour so they asked if we’d take the tour that included Mayan Ruins as well. It was an upgrade at no cost. Leo will school you on everything Mayan as well. The company was also very communicative and responsive leading up to tour day. Highly recommend.

Fun and Informative - Our guide, Leo, was very informative and have us so much great information about the ruins and the lagoon. He had maps, charts, and a wide breadth of head knowledge. I would definitely book with them again.

Great day in Costa Maya - A little difficult to find them outside the port, but once we did they took good care of us. Our guide was great at providing information on the ruins. He did great setting up snorkeling for us which was not originally planned. We enjoyed our day with this tour company.
