- Theater of Dionysus - In a well-preserved state, one of the initial stops is the Ancient THEATER OF DIONYSUS. Constructed in the 4th and 5th centuries BC in a natural amphitheater on the Acropolis slopes, it had an impressive capacity of 25,000 and is considered the world’s oldest.
