Thrilling and Fun even on a gloomy day! - An amazing experience for us and our kids 9 and 11yo. We felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. I wish we had a more sunny day to do it on, however despite the gloomy weather we still had so much fun on the jetskis!! The team at GSL Marine made sure that even though we did the later 3.30pm tour that we would be back in time to catch the boat back to our cruise ship on time. Thanks guys, we will be back again next time in summer!!

A must try experience - Fantastic experience today. We were fortunate enough to get a private tour this morning and it was fantastic. Well worth the money guys.

Jetski tour - So much fun. The instructor was really friendly and helpful. The water was a little choppy, but nice and warm. Would definitely recommend.

Cancelled with no refund. No money returned. Do not book. - RIP OFF do not use. Cancelled at last minute and still not refunded. My sons arrived and were told the tour was cancelled - no comms before then that would have allowed us to book something else. I requested a refund and am still waiting three weeks later. Their most recent reply now says it will take a further 20 working days.

Avoid GSL company airlie beach - I cancelled my Jet Ski booking a week in advance and was promised a refund—never got it. They send emails giving you false hope, but nothing happens. If you plan to cancel, don’t expect to get your money back. Total rip-off. Stay away.

Cancelled Tour - No Refund - I had my JetSki Tour cancelled on the 4th Feb due to unsafe weather conditions at Airlie Beach. Fair enough as visibility was extremely poor due to heavy rains that the region copped while we were there. The tour guide made the right decision and informed the group that he would email the office and we would all get refunded our $179 back into the account from which we paid for the tour. I received an email confirmation later that day stating a refund request had been sent to their accounts team and to expect the refund within 10 days from the 4th Feb and should the funds not appear back on my account - to ring the number provided to sort it out. It got to the 14th Feb and no refund so I called the number provided. I was out on hold whilst they contacted the accounts team on my behalf. I was told that they were processing the refund that day and to expect my refund later that afternoon or the next day for sure. Next day - no refund. The day after. Still no refund. I phoned again - got placed on hold again whilst they spoke to their accounts team. I was told once again that the team were processing my refund that day and to expect it later that day or definitely the day after. Waited another 2 days. Still nothing. I have been calling daily now in the hopes my refund will come through. Today the 21st Feb (17 days after the tour) and still nothing. I have just phoned again and got the same story. They have my booking number - my full name and also the credit card number used to pay for the tour yet still nothing. Just be aware that if you book this company for a tour and they cancel it - getting your money back is a terrible experience. We had other bookings whilst on holiday at Airlie Beach from other providers that were cancelled due to the weather also but each and everyone one of them provided timely refunds except GSL Marine. Really poor form from a tour company.
